    Bids Are Invited For Repair, Maintenance, And Installation Of Plant/ Systems/Equipments (Version 2) - Icgs C-148; Defect Rectification On Hull Job Onboard Icgs C-148; Service Provider DEFECT RECTIFICATION ON HULL JOB ONBOARD ICGS C-148 H-082/C-148: 05 in nos. extinguisher stand not secured properly, same to be secured by using screw. Material-SS. H-084/C-148: Water seepage observed from both the clear view screen in rough sea weather during deployment. Same is required to be repaired. Make- M/s Marine Electricals, Material-Gasket. H-096/C-148: Ship is presently possessing 02 in no. 7.62 mm LMG post on fly deck. Limiting restrictor is not available on both LMG. Limitor is required to be fabricated for safe operation. (Material- Aluminium). H-098/C-148: Ship has 01 in no. diving air compressor for charging of BASCCA and diving sets. During charging of sets for safety purpose ballast bay tank has to be used vide IHQ MoD letter PP-143/2021/SB-II/DD/HP (copy enclosed) cylinder charging dated 21 Sep 21. Metallic ballast bay tank to be fabricated as per policy for adhering safety protocols while charging. Specifications of the tank are as follows:- (a) Material-SS, thickness-10mm, size-72X36X36 cm. (b) Removable top side opening preferably bolted. (c) Four point stand arrangement with rubber bushes. (d) Water filling point on top and drain valve at bottom. (e) Paint scheme as per extant orders Total Quantity :
