    Bids Are Invited For Repair, Maintenance, And Installation Of Plant/ Systems/Equipments (Version 2) - Icgs C-158; Undertaking Yearly Routines Of Fm-200 Cylinder And Purity Checks Of Gas Cylinder Onboard Icgs C-158; Service Provider UNDERTAKING YEARLY ROUTINES OF FM-200 CYLINDER AND PURITY CHECKS OF GAS CYLINDER ONBOARD ICGS C-158 E-003/C-158: Carry out yearly routines (falling due in Jul 25) of FM-200 fire extinguishing system (Make: M/s Zeal Marketing Pvt. Ltd, Type: FM-200) through OEM/PAC/Competent Authorized firm. Job includes following:- (a) Carry out pressure switch test as per mentioned in FM-200 manual. (b) Carry out electric control head test as mentioned in FM-200 maintenance manual. (c) Blow out all distribution piping with nitrogen to ensure cleanliness of pipe. (d) Remove nozzle from piping to allow any foreign material to blow clear. (e) Remove all pressure operated control from FM-200 cylinders. (f) Open distribution valve and keep open long enough cleanliness of pipe. (g) Blow out all distribution piping with nitrogen to ensure. cleanliness of pipe. (h) Reconnect all control heads. (1) Overhaul the control system, monitoring system, and fire detection system. (k) Clean the pipe line system and carry out pressure testing of the system. (1) Weigh the cylinder and recharge (if weight loss is more than 10%). (m) Clean discharge nozzle. All inway job includes. Material firm supply.
