Tender For Patch Repair Work Using Bitumen Concrete And Cc Across Shri Dauji Maharaj Mela Connecting Roads - WBM of G-3:- Providing, laying, spreading and compacting machine crushed stone ballast of approved quarry of 53mm to 22.4mm sizes to water bound macadam of G-3 specificationincluding the cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per MORD specifications no 401 2 TACK COAT:-Providing & applying Tack Coat with bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 Kg./Sqm. on the prepared primed granular/old painted surface, cleaned with air compressor, including all Material, Labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work, as per MORD specification No. 503Material, Labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. As per MORD specification No. 502 3 Pre-Mix Carpet:-Providing, laying & rolling of open graded Premix Carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.60mm aggregates including mixing in a suitable plant, laying & rolling with a three wheeled 80-100KN Static Roller capacity, finished to required level & gradesBitumen @ 14.6 Kg./ 10 sqm. area for premixing including all Material, Labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work, as per MORD specification No. 508 (Rates including of Bitumen VG-10) 4 Seal Coat:-Providing & Laying Seal Coat Type- C over B.C. Surface with 6.7 mm Nominal Size grit @ 0.090 Cum./ 10 Sqm. with Bitumen V.G.-10 @ 6.50 Kg./ 10 sqm. including heating of Bitumen to the required temperature and including all Material, labour & T&P etc complete & as per MORD specification No. 510.(Rates including of Bitumen VG-10) 5 C.C. PAVEMENT (CC ROAD) construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS 383 maximun size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side from work 6 Disposal of construction Malva from site with cleaning of site and disposed up to disposal palace as directed by EIC
