Tender For Repairing And Kota Stone Flooring In Kisan Bhawan And Teen Shed Repair - Dismantling of old GCI/ AC sheets including cost of stalking of dismantled material as per direction of Engineer in charge. 3 12mm thick cement plaster 1:4 with cement and coarse sand mortar including supply of all material labour T&P etc. 4 R.C.C. 1:1.5:3 with cement, coarse sand and 20mm gauge stone ballast including supply of all material labour T&P etc. 5 Supply and fixing of TOR steel including cost of bending and binding and its wastage complete 6 Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of required shade old work (one or more coats applied @2.20kg/10sqm) complete. 7 Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved ⁠brand and manufacturer including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour Old work (one or more coats) 8 Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete 9 Supply and Fixing of WC seat, cistern PVC, PVC pipe fitting, Bib cock, stop valve (all material are in 1.5in), water tank of 500ltr with all it’s fitting and other plumbing work complete. 10 Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1: 4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) 25 mm thick. 11 Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 600*600mm. 12 Providing and fixing IS marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part 1) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. 30 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws. 13 Fabrication & errection of M.S work in purlins truss repair including cost of electrode gas labour T&P etc exclude if cost of steel which shall be provided by factory free of cost. 14 Fixing of GCI/colour coated sheet in roof of different house including cost of screw bitumen washer and Hookes labour T&P etc. but excluding cost of sheets which shall be provided by factory free of cost (old sheet may be used ).
