MISC REPAIR AND MAINT OF SOLAR POWER PLANT AT PARTAPUR UNDER GE 873 EWS AND MISC REPAIR/ MAINT OF EARTHING AND LIGHTENING CONDUCTOR OF MES BLDG AT PARTAPUR, HUNDER AND KHALSAR UNDER GE 873 EWS (2nd CALL); 1 Removing & refixing of air termination single pointed aluminium rod any size with necessary fixing arrangement on roof / ceiling after making good complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 2 Supply & fixing in repairs air termination single pointed Aluminium Rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long with necessary fixing arrangement on roof complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 3 S & F Copper strip 20 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors with rubber & bitumen washer & fixed to porcelain insulator on wall for down conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 4 S & F GI strip of size32 x 6mm fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 5 -Ditto- but using 4 mm dia galvanised or steel wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 6 S & F test point terminal block made of phosphorus bronze size 75 x 75 x 25 mm thick drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screws fixed to copper strip bracket fixed to porcelain insulator in wall as in repairs, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note :- Porcelain insulator will be measured & paid for separately. 7 S & F vitreous china porcelain insulator with busbar support white type, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 8 M & L earthing complete for electrical equipments with galvanised steel earth plage electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.24 mtr below ground level with top edge earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to earth lead of GI strip size 32 x 6 mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers made of galvanised iron or steel and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers, necessary excavation and earth work in hard/ dense soil coplete all other accessories as shown on electrical plate No 5 of MES SSR Part I including 50 mm bore light grade GI pipe 1.8 mtr lengthwith top end covered with plug or cap for watering and 30 x 30 x 30 cm size PCC 1 : 3 : 6 block around watering pipe parallel to the existing earth, excluding 20 mm dia watering pipe, PCC, Watering pit, Funnel, Pit cover complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 9 M & L for pole earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to earth lead of wire 4mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers made of galvanised iron or steel and connected to main switch borad or main control board as directed, charcoal or coke and salt in alternative layers, necessary excavationand earth work in hard / dense soil complete all other accessoreis as shown on electrical plate No 5 of MES Sch Pt I including 50 mm bore light grade 1.8 mtr length with top end covered with plug or cap for watering and 30 x 30 x 30 cm size PCC 1 : 3 : 6 block around watering pipe, excluding 20 mm dia watering pipe, PCC, watering pit, Funnel, Pit cover complete all as directed. Note:-(i) GI Strip beyoned 7.5 m will be measured and pad seperately under relevent items of schedule A(ii) The earth chamber shall be constructed 50 cm away from the edge of earth pit and the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the rate quoted for above items.(iii) The rates quoted for item is also deemed to be included for cost of new test point and painting of earth result and date of testing as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 10 M & L for testing of earthing except new earthing covered under 9 & 10 here in before of various OTM building, Installation and Pole etc in the presence of Enginer-in-charge & maintaining record of test seperately for each type of building/ installation and painting of earth result and date of testing in the wall / earth chamber complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.Note: - Testing equipements and register shall be provided by the contractor and no extra payment shall be made for the same. 11 M & L PCC (1: 2 : 4) type B1, using (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) of blocks size and IE rules including necessary use and waste of form work as in grounting of porcelain insulator, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 12 M & L for PCC ( 1 : 2 : 4) type B1, using (20 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in earth chamber as in repairs, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 13 Supply and lay 40 mm dia GI pipe light grade burried in trenches as earth continuity protection as in repairs, complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 14 -Ditto-all as per srl item No 13 here in before but fixed to wall with clamps made out of 25 mm x 3.15 mm alumiumum strip complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 15 Supply and fix GI Pipe medium grade of size 20 mm dia including all fittings such as reducer, union etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 16 M & L earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 3.15 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level connected with Copper strip 20 x 3 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of galvanished iron steel including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m, with and including PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4) , type B1, using (20 mm graded stone aggregate), mild steel angle iron frame made out of MS angle iron of size 40x40x6 mm thick duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer hinged with and including 6mmthick CI cover with handle, watering arrangement with funnel internally secured with wire mesh with 20 mm dia medium grade pipe for watering ,40 mm dia light grade GI pipe for lead protection in & including alternate layers of char coal dust and common salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No 5 and connected to earthing test point all as specified and indicated including testing on completion including retrieving oldexistingearthing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 17 17. S & F Copper strip of size 32 x 6 mm fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 18 Supply and fixing of Grid tied solar central inverters of capacity 200KVA with MPPT controller 3 Level PWM techonology and micro controller with all protection on battery side & on grid side with digital Volt and Amp Meter and fault indication complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- ChargeNote: operating temp should be -35 Deg C to 35 Deg C 19 Supplying, Installing and testing Solar PV Module 24V 250Wp silicon Poly crystalline SPV cells minimum cell efficiency SPV cells minimum cell efficiency of 19% and module efficiency of minimum 17% at standard test conditionand the cell should have minimum fill factor of 0.74 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- ChargeMake : Vikram Solar/ Waarree Solar/Tata Power/Adani Power/ Moserbeer solar or make approved by GE 20 Supply Installing and testing battery lead acid LMXT 1000 Exide 2V Solar tubular cell, 1000Ah( @ C10 upto 18.5 vpc at 27 Deg C complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge 21 Sypply installing replacing copper cabe of size 1C x 10 Sq mm poly ethylene copper cable for connection of solar panel. 22 (a) All as per above item No 21 but cable size 1C x 50 Sq mm poly ethylene copper cable. 23 (b)All as per above item No 21 but cable size1C x 70 Sq mm poly ethylene copper cable. 24 Supply installation of surge protector on distribution panel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- ChargeHavel/L&T/Siemens or make approved by GE 25 Supply and fixing of input DC MCCB for 200 KVA 360 Volt DC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge Note: operating temp should be -35 Deg C to 35 Deg C 26 Supply and fixing of input MCCB AC side 360 Volt 400 Amp 50KA compatanble with existing panel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- ChargeNote: operating temp should be -35 Deg C to 35 Deg C 27 Supply and fixing of MTTP Solar Inverter 200 KVA Out put breaker with full protection as per solar power generated complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- ChargeNote: operating temp should be -35 Deg C to 35 Deg C 28 Material and Labour for wiring of each exixting synchronisingpanel with proper colour code complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge 29 S & F distilled water in sealed packing for DG 12 volts battery. 30 Deduct Schedule of Credit of Rs (-) 1,07,142.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule A Part-II.
