    Bids Are Invited For Repair, Maintenance, And Installation Of Plant/ Systems/Equipments (Version 2) - Industry Unit; Substation; Service Provider complete overhauling of 245 KV make Circuit breaker at 220 KV Sub-Stations Nara under Electricity Transmission Division, Muzaffarnagar Complete Overhauling of 220 KV SF-6 Circuit Breaker ‘CGL’ make at 220 KV Sub-Station Nara. i. 220 KV Transfer bay Complete Overhauling of each pole mechanism assembly of CGL make 245 KV SF-6 Circuit breaker. the job include overhauling of control assembly, holding latch assembly, trip latch, anti-pumping pin assembly, motor charging gear assembly. Overhauling of three phase lever, shock absorber etc. opening of different part of mechanism for wear & tear. Rectification / repairing of roller, linkage of mechanism assembly. Rectification of gas leakage of gas pipe assembly by replacing O-ring & brazing etc. Tightening of all electrical connections. Satisfactory operation of breaker. Closing & tripping of the Circuit Breaker. Work also include Measurement of closing/tripping with CB analyser with coil resistanc Total Quantity :
