    Bids Are Invited For Security Manpower Service (Version 2.0) - Office/Commercial/Institutions/ Residential; Unarmed Security Guard Bids Are Invited For Annual Maintenance Service - Desktops, Laptops And Peripherals - Amc For Computer Systems Desktops Laptops Printers And Audio Video Systems Projector And Peripherals At Estate Management Unit Drdo Township Kanchanbagh Hyd; Dell Hp Lenovo Ups Epson SECURITY SERVICES a. The security personnel engaged by CONTRACTING AGENCY at KV Dibrugarh to provide security services shall perform their duties vigilantly. b. The security personnel shall watch and ward entire school premises, particularly but not limited to entrance and exit gates, sports ground, school building of INDENTING VIDYALAYA. c. The security personnel shall remain present at main entry gate during normal course and make several rounds of school building during duty hours. d. The security personnel shall hand over duty only after arrival of next security personnel. e. The security personnel shall abide by the instructions of the Principal of INDENTING VIDYALAYA. f. The security personnel shall not indulge in any unlawful or unethical practice inside school premises. g. The security personnel shall report any case of untoward incidence immediately to the Principal of INDENTING VIDYALAYA and take all precautionary measures to restrain / prevent / minimize the negative impact of the incidence. h. The security personnel shall perform and abide by the instructions of the Principal of INDENTING VIDYALAYA. i. CONTRACTING AGENCY shall be held liable for any loss or theft of school property arising due to act or negligence of the security personnel. The loss so incurred will be recovered from CONTRACTING AGENCY and appropriate action may be initiated against the security personnel on duty Total Quantity :
