Tender For Periodical Services In New Project Area And Old Project Area; 1 Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone surface of wall built in cement mortar including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified & directed. 2 M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair face of brick walls or concrete surface in CM 1:6 finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed. 3 M & L for preparation of new plastered of wall surfacesand applying two coats of Oil Bound Distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. 4 M & L rendering 15 mm thick in two layers i.e. 1st layer 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 & 2nd layer in CM 1:4 mixed WPC (@ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instructions) on fair faces of brick wk or concrete surface finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified & directed.Note: Water Proofing Compound shall be measured & paid separately. 5 Supply only integral water proofing compoud complete all as specified & directed. 6 M & L for preparation of new surface of wall including cornices etc and apply two coat of cement based paint over a coat of primercomplete all as specified and directed. 7 M & L rendering 10mm thick cement plaster 1:3 on ceiling surfaces and finishing even and fair complete all as specified and directed 8 M & L for preparation of New plastered surface of ceilingincluding cornices and apply three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed. 9 M & Lcomplete removal of existing treatment and washing, scrubbing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying 1mm thick wall care putty on walls, complete all as specified and directed. 10 M & L for preparation of old surface of wall brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/ltr and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal reistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon aditives at 1.43 ltr/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied at 0.90ltr/10sqm complete all asspecified and directed. 11 M & L for preparation of old surface of wall brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 25gm/ltr and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal reistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon aditives at 1.43 ltr/20sqm complete all asspecified and directed. 12 M & L for preparation of old surface of wall brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots of old surface and applying two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified & directed. 13 M&L for preparation of old surface of wall brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots of old surface and applying one coat of cement based paint complete all as specified and as directed. 14 M & L for preparation of old surface of wall brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots of old surface and applying two coats of Oil bounded distemper on walls complete all as specified and directed. 15 M & L for preparation of old surface of wall brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots of old surface and applying one coat of Oil bound distemper on walls complete all as specified and as directed. 16 M&L for writing letters or figures, design & colours given by Engr-in-chargeincluding one or two coat of synthetic enamel paint on the plastered surface before writing etc, complete all as specified and directed. 17 M & L for preparation of old surface of wall brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots of old ceiling surface and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified & directed. 18 M & L for preparation of old surface of wall brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots of old plastered surface of walls including cornices and apply two coat of white wash complete all as specified anddirected. 19 M & L for preparation of old surface of wall brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots of old surfaces of ceiling including cornices and apply one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed. 20 M & L for preparation of old wooden surface exceeding 10Cm width or girth and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified anddirected. 21 M & L for preparation of old steel surface exceeding 10Cm width or girth and apply two coat of synthatic enamel paint complete all as specified anddirected. 22 M & L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) not exceeding 30cm highincluding one coat of synthetic enamel paint on the plastered surface before writing etc, complete all as specified and directed. 23 M & L for stops, comma, short lines, dashes. Hyphen, brackets etc complete all as specified and directed.
