    Renovation Of Advance Make Lt Panel At Usmanpur Bps- 1 Dismantling of damaged components from Advance make LT panel i.e., indicating lights, BCS, dismantling of all incoming and outgoing connection, replacement of defective parts in panel & ACB 2 ACB TP 630Amp. Microprocessor based Make: L&T 3 ACB TP 2500Amp. Microprocessor based Make: L&T 4 Retrofitting of 630Amp.ACB in existing panel with aluminum bus bar & copper control wiring with metering section & modification in panel door. 5 Retrofitting of 2500Amp.ACB in existing panel with aluminum bus bar & copper control wiring with metering section & modification in panel door. 6 U/V release 220V 7 Indicating lights R.Y.B. 8 Breaker control switch 9 MCB 4 pole 32 Amp 10 Insulation on all incoming & out going Bus bar connection ,bends, links, droppers connected with switchgears installed in panels ,cleaning of main panel horizontal bus bar, tapping as required on bus bar for insulation, tightening of all nut bolt etc. 11 Testing & Commissioning of the panel equipments as follow: - Check equipments specification. - Continuity and earthing. -Breaker mechanism and alignment. -Meggaring of all equipments for phase to phase, neutral to body, neutral to earth and phase to earth. - All functional tests. -Checking forall tightness of nuts and bolts. -Alignments of doors etc. -interlocking tests. (B) Testing of the panel at site ON LOAD with engineer in charge as per relevant IS
