Tender For Provision Of Training Shed And Pt Shed At Lucknow; 1 Design, fabrication, supply and erecting, Pre-engineered building steel structure/LGSF made from 345 Mpa high strength Hot rolled paletes and factory produced zincalume cold rolled light gauge steel zincalume frame (1 mm BMT)for provision oftraining and PT Sheds of size and shape mentioned in architectural drawing using 0.45 mm base metal thickness, pre-painted 0.50 mm corrugated galvalume aluminium zinc coating (AZ-150 GSM) aluminium zinc alloy coated colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roofingfixed with self tapping screws including S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.60 mm thick (AZ not less than 150) of colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in ridge/valley gutter roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws, (factory made valley gutter, shape and size directed by Engineer-in Charge including supply of bolts, gutter bolts, screws, washer, pipe nails distance pieces, plug, holder bats for pipe and all jointing materials, down take pipe, downspout pipe and metal clamp of appropriate size and shape and LGSF structure with brick work in CM 1:4 onas per mentioned in architectural drawing all as specified with following design parameters all as specified and vetted design and drawing by any IIT/NIT and approved by Chief Engineer Lucknow Zone with permanent specification complete all as specified and as shown on drawing:-(i) Frame type Pre-Engineered Building (ii) External size of training and PT shed as perarchitectural drawing (iii) LGSF structure with 1 mm to 2.5 mm thick(iv) Anti-corrosion treatment and painting as per IS -1477 Part 1 & 2 .(v) PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate including form work in base of footing.(vi)RCC work M-30 in footing, plinth beam & Stair case/steps as per approved mix design and as per IS:9103(vii)All necessary civil works for setting for super structure layout, excavation, back filling, removal of surplus soil, RCC foundation/footing, plinth beam, RCC sitting step with granite finish including bull nosing finish & Stainless steel railing complete.Note : (i) Design parameters of PEB structure is attached as appendix ‘A’ (ii) Following items mentioned under srl no 1.01 to1.13 here-in after shall also be included in lump sum rate quoted against Srl item No 1 of BOQ. 2 Site clearance/site developments 3 Anti termite treatment 4 All primary structural components should be confirmed to IS: 2062 E-350 BR, Having a minimum tensile strength of 490 MPs and pass physical & Chemical tests stipulates therein 5 Purlins and side girt membersshall be made from cold Formed Sections, Confirming to IS : 811, having a minimum tensile strength of 345 MPs. The sheets used for cold forming sections shall confirm to IS : 1079, 2009 quality HR3 6 Permanently colour coated high tensile steel sheet havingminimum base metal thickness of 0.45mm (i.e excluding Aluminium -Zinc/galvanizing & colour coating thickness) & minimum Yield strength of 550 Mpa, coated with 55% Al-Zn alloy @ 150 g/Sqm as per ASTM A792M; Color coated with total minimum thickness of 40 microns (nominal) comprising of Silicon, Modified polyester (SMP with silicon content of 30% minimum) paint or super Polyester paint of minimum 20 microns (nominal) Dry Film Thickness (DFT) on exposed side over 5 microns (nominal) primer coat and 10 microns (nominal) approved colour Epoxy paint on other side over 5 microns (nominal) primer coat as per ASTM A755M 7 Kota stone flooring shall be 18 to 20 mm thick machine cut and polished at site after fixing (Mirror polish/granite polish). Size of Kota stone slabs used in floors shall be not less than 500 mm x 500mm.Kota stone slab shall be laid over 20mm thick screed in CM (1:6) over 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate over rammed earth. Jointing shall be with grey cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of Kota stone slab. The floor shallachieve mirror finish surface. 8 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as inplinth protection & Saucer drain. Plinth protection surface finishedeven and smooth without using extra cement of width as directed and shall be laid to slope of 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 3 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3) 9 Stainless steelrailingwith SS hand rail pipes grade 304 as perarchitectural drawing shall be provided. 10 10 to12 mm thick ready mix plaster on internal surface and external surface of wall. 11 Preparation of newly plaster surface of wall and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer on internal and external surface of wall. 12 Ramp provided same as per flooring specification 13 PAINTING SCHEME FOR STRUCTURAL STEEL WORK:(a) Soap paint :- One coat of inorganic zinc silicate primer-75 microns(b) Soap paint :- One coat of polyurethane paint -30 microns(c) Site paint :- One coat of polyurethane paint- 30 microns (after erection & fixing work) 14 Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome red oxide primer on other than structural steel surface 15 INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATIONM&L for point wiring completeforOne light/Fan/Exhaust Fan/Bell point controlled by one switch with PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable 1.5 Sqmm(nominal area) ISI marked, multi-stranded copper conductor single terminal modular boxes not less than 1.6 mm thick of required size and with top cover 3 mm thick of plastic laminated sheets of required colour complete, including suitable cover plate of any module including 1.5 Sqmm PVC, FRLSH cable insulated unsheathed copper earth wire to the common earth and connecting to earth dolly, including colour coding of cable shall be Phase-red, Neutral-black and Earth- green with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.Note :-(i) In case of roof/ceiling, heavy duty PVC pipe not less than 25 mm dia shall be used without any extra cost.(ii) Height of socket should be 1.2m above from FFL 16 M&L for Point wiring completeforone 5 Pin 5 Amp switch Socket outlet point on an independent board, with PVC insualted and unsheathed FRLSH CABLE 1.5
