Sub-Head:- Providing and fixing of toilet facility arrangements for the Independence Day Ceremony–2025 at Red Fort (Lal Quila), including engagement of Safai Karamchari-cum-Caretakers for round-the-clock cleaning, arrangement of water supply, and sewage disposal through suction mac-Providing fully assembeled prefabricated portable toilet cubicle of minimum size 1.0 mtrX 1.0 mtr X 1.9 on hire basis with completye service facility and with helper (Caretaker cum safai karamchari for 24X7 round the clock at the designated location as per following conditions-(1)The waterarrangement made by the agencyby deploying water tanker at site round the clock(2)Sewage disposal to be made by agency by deploying suction machine at site round the clock (3)The Helper (care takercum sweeper ) deployed by agency should wear proper uniform and ID card (4)The enough availability of soap tissue papers, fragmnance and saniitzer etc must be provided and ensured for user round the clock(5) The toilet cubicle should have inbuilt flush and wash basin system suitablelighting system and separate padestal wash basin arrangement on every 10No. of cubicle lot (6)The agency shall ensure supply of electricity through DISCOM/Solar panels(7) The must be able to provide required facility even at short notice of 04 hours (8) The agency must ensure that the toilet cubicles are in proper clean working abd physical state and properly assembled (9)The agency must ensure male female stickers dept logo on each cubicle.(10) The supervisor in properin proper uniformand ID card deployed at site for proper monitoring of staff, water availability , cleanilines, hand wash etc. for three shifts i.e. 06:00AM to 2:00PM and 2:00PM to 10:00PM,10PM-06AM(125Nos of cubiclesX15 days= 1875 Jobs.) 2 Cartage of 02 unit of fully assembeled prefabricated portable toilet cubicle of minimum size 1.0 mtrX 1.0 mtr X 1.9 mtrs complete inbuiltand other allied material from agency store to site or from site to agency store i/c loading and unloading by hiring tempos or other suitable mode of transportation in accordance with traffic rules etc as required.
