(Sh- Providing And Fixing Of High Masts With Accessories).-SITC of 16M high mast shaft in two sections suitable for 50m/sec wind speed, with head frame, winch mounting bracket, luminaries carriage suitable to install 8 nos. LED luminaries up to 400 Watt in Symmetrical arrangement (0-360deg.), including supply and fixing of raising lowering system comprising double drum winch, 6mm diameter SS wire rope, trailing cable, connector, integral power tool motor, manual, handle, junction box, lightening finial including Construction of shallow foundation with M25 grade concrete for the highmast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sqmtr at 2 metre depth with all materials and labour erecting of the same with special arrangements/ scaffolding complete with following accessories / jobs:- (i)The pole shall have following or better specifications: Top Dia 150 mm and base Dia 410 mm, thickness of hot rolled steel plate at top 3 mm and bottom 4mm minimum, size of opening door should be 1200 mm x 250 mm, cross section pole 20 side polygon and Dia meter of base plate 570 mm and thickness 25mm, 8 nos. foundation bolts Dia 30 mm and length 850 mm, manufactured from special steel along with Nut, Washers, Anchor plate and common template i/c Suitable size steel reinforced CC foundation as per manufactures/ BIS specifications and standards.(ii) LED Aviation light as per Standards(iii) Supply of outdoor type stand mounted feeder pillar (IP 55) with 63A TPN MCB incomer, single dial time switch, 45A TP contactor for the automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control with 2 no 9A contactors and raise lower push button, including Supplying and laying copper conductor unarmoured trailing cable from feeder pillar to respective luminaire up to 30 meter and all other required accessories. 2 Supplying, installation, Testing & Commissioning of Flood Light, powder coated pressure die cast aluminum body with built in or separate driver as per the requirement with Driver efficiency >85%, Input voltage: Input voltage: 140-270 Volt AC, freq 50/60 hz, Operating temp range -15 deg to 50 deg centigrade, internal surge protection of 5 KV L,N,E as per IEC 61000-4- 5, Driver efficiency >85%,THD < 10% as per IEC 61000-3-2 , P. F.≥0.95, IP- 66,IK-10, CRI >80 , under voltage and over voltage protection, EMIEMC as per CISPR -15 , lenses for beam angle 30 deg-120deg as per the application and the project requirement deg., suitable tilt able fitting, life time (LED,Driver & electrical circuitary) of minimum 50000 Burning Hours with 70% of initial Lumen maintained till life ends as per LM80 extrapolation IES TM-21-11 report, CCT 3000°K / 4000°K / 5700°K /6000°K/6500°K (As per ANSI Bin) , SDCM(Standard Deviation Color Matching) <5, Maximum power consumption should not more than the specified rating and Fixture shall be of relevant BIS standard complete in all respect i/c connections with 1.5 sq mm FRLS, PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and earthing etc. as required with Minimum 5 year OEM warranty. System lumen efficacy 105 <120 lm/Watt output . LM79 & LM80 Test report from NABL lab for all testing required for LED fixtures as per BIS shallbe submitted. Shape size and CCT shall be as approved by Engineer-in- Charge as per requirement. (Thermal management: heat sink of aluminum housing such that LED junction temperature shall not rise above 90°C). 3 200 watt 4 Supply, Installation, Testing &Commissioning of long life Maintenance Free Earthing System. The Rod shall be of Copper BondedSteel with 25 mm dia. and l0 feet length with a core of mild steel molecularly bonded with min. 250 microns coating of 99.99% pure electrolytic grade Copper and exothermically welded Cu Busbar of 50X6X200mm tested by CPRI capable of bearing fault current of 25 kA. Along with earth enhancement compound (jam plus) tested by RoHs complying IEC 62561-7 in a sealed bag of minimum 50 kg ( 10 kg Bag x 5) resistivity is less than 0.12 ohm meter .
