Up-gradation of lighting system in NDMC area during the year 2025-26.Sub Head :- Supplying, Installation, Testing, Commissioning of 30 mtr. height high mast lighting inside Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, New Delhi.- 1 Supply of Aluminium conductor L.T. XLPE armoured Cable of size 95 sqmm/3.5C 2 Supplying, installation, commissioning & testing of 30 mtr. height high mast with carriage at the newly prepared foundation using suitable nuts, washer, anchor plate and templates as required and connecting trailing cable of size 2.5sqmm/5C copper conductor, EPR insulated, PCP sheathed from existing panel at bottom side of high mast to junction box of luminaries situated at lantern carriage and wiring of luminaries using FRLS PVC insulated PVC sheathed copper conductor of size 2.5sqmm/3C with all wiring materials and labour as required. Mast shaft shall be in 3 sections of average thickness 4 mm, hot dip galvanized and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 Part 3 with raising, lowering system comprising, head frame, male/female connector,manual handle, junction box of high mast, power cables between existing panel/Pole etc. as per enclosed specifications.High Mast General Arrangement shall be as follows:i. Accessories for high masts include head frame, steel rope 6 mm dia, (7/19 construction), double drum winch, galvanized lantern carriage suitable for 08 luminaries in symmetrical arrangement as per the site condition as directed during execution and necessary control gear boxes.ii. The high mast shall have an integrated power tool installed inside the base compartment of the mast.iii. The high mast shall be provided with aviation-obstructing lighting fitting with 1 No. LED aviation obstructing lamp.iv. Necessary wiring materials of suitable capacity for giving connections to luminaries suitable for Wind Velocity of 50 Mtrs./Sec.For public safety, 30 mtr high mast must have protective cagemade of mild steel typically has dimensions of approximately 3.0 x 1.5 x 2.3 meters (LxWxH) with provision of weatherproof and vandal-resistantsecure door, with a heavy-duty double internal lock for security. (Dimension may slightly vary as per site requirement)Make: Surya/ Transrail/Bajaj/ Valmount[technical data sheet attached] 3 Construction, Installation, Erection of shallow foundation M-25 concrete for the 30 mtr high mast, necessary foundation bolts, manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates, templates at site as 10 T/sq meter at 3 meter depth complete with using foundation bolts of size M30, 36 mm dia. hole x 850 mm long 12 Nos. with all materials & labour as required including supply of all foundation material for high mast i.e. bolts etc. The excavation work upto 3 mtrs. including demolishing of marble surface, CC & rocky/soft soil shall be done as per actual site condition. 4 Fabrication, Supply and Erection of suitable feeder pillar box fabricated with 16 SWG CRCA sheet with powder coated painting duly providing 1 No. 63 Amp TP MCB as incomer, 1 No. 32 Amp 3 pole MCB for motor protection, 1 No. ML 6 contactor, 20 Amp astronomical timer, 32 Amp 5 pin metal clad socket. MCBs & metal clad socket sand contactors &timer. Suitable capacity of 3 pole contactor with interlocking facility for motor operation and necessary push button are to be provided 5 Providing & fixing Energy Efficient LED based flood light fittings having 400W + 5% pressure Die cast/ extruded Aluminium Housing, high power LEDs with lens, water proof, heat resistant toughened glass cover with IP-65 protection (min.), CRI>70, System Efficacy: > 110 lm/w, CCT 5500-6000K with 10% tolerance having warranty of 05 years.Make:Havells/Philips/ Bajaj/ Surya. 6 Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.a) 3½ X 95 sq. mm 7 b) 4 X 16sq. mm 8 Earthing with G.I. Earth Pipe 4.5 mtr. Long, 40 mm dia including accessories and providing without masonry work and salt as required.[As per attached drawing] 9 Supplying and Laying 25mm x 5mm G.I. strip at 0.50 mtr. Below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. From 35 sqmm/3.5C upto 95 sqmm/3.5C 15 SITC of Feeder Pillar Medium Size(950mmx430mmx2000mm) fabricated out of MS sheet Steeland to be used as electrical distribution feeder pillar suitable for415V, 50HZ, AC supply 3-phase & 4-wire system for installationon road/footpath including required civil work/foundation asper enclosed drawing & Specifications.Following items to be fixed in feeder pillars:1. Electrolytic aluminum bus-bar grade 6101 for phase oflength 800mm size (50x10x0.5) mm- 3 nos.2. Electrolytic aluminum bus-bar grade 6101 for phase oflength 700mm size (25x5x0.5) mm-1 nos.3. (OD) in NDMC area under road light division. The Trenchless system is to be carriedout on the road crossing with another road/ Dense Bitumen Carpeted Road/ Interlocking Tiles/ Sandstone Paths etc.
