Repair / Renovation Of Bch Make Lt Panel Installed At 20 Mgd Keshopur Sps.- 1 Supply of ACB, 4 Pole, 415V, AC of Rating 4000 Amperes, MDO type, with microprocessor release BCH Make. 2 Supply of MCCB of rating 630 Amperes, TP, 36KA BCH Make. 3 Supply of MCCB of rating 250 Amperes, TP, 36KA BCH Make. 4 Installation of the cradle of the ACB as above at the panel in proper alignment for making the connections after proper cleaning of the chamber for removing any carbon etc. including making mounting arrangement for fixing of new ACBs. 5 Fixing the ACB in the cradle in proper drawable condition including checking the movement along with making control connections as suitbale for operating the new ACBs 6 Connecting the new 4000 Amp ACBs and Incomer ACB 1 for bus coupling operations by rearrangement/ modification / extension / addition of Bus Bar lengths in Aluminium construction of similar cross section as per exisitng as required for fixing of new ACB and making the required joints including bending / cutting / shaping of the bus bars as required including providing of material, other consumables and tools and tackles as per site requirement. 7 Connecting the new 4000 Amp ACBs and Incomer ACB 2 for bus coupling operations by rearrangement/ modification / extension / addition of Bus Bar lengths in Aluminium construction of similar cross section as per exisitng as required for fixing of new ACB and making the required joints including bending / cutting / shaping of the bus bars as required including providing of material, other consumables and tools and tackles as per site requirement. 8 Dismantlingthe existing door of the outgoing 4000 Amp Acb. Fabrication,supply and fixing of the new door of suitble size and provisions for the operation of the ACBs made with CRCA Sheet duly painted complete with all accessories as required. 9 Dismantling the old Meters / Selector Switches, old Indicating lights etc. after disconnecting their wiring connections from the incoming ACB chambers of the panel. Providing and Fixing of the new Meters, selector switches, new Indicating lights etc. includingmaking their wiring connections and control connections, setting and configuring the Meters as per the CT ratio and testing the parameters display as per requirement at site. 10 Fixing of the new 630 Amp MCCBs along with their mounting arrangement after proper cleaning of the chambers with providign of consumablres and material as per site requirement. 11 Making the required connections between the main bus bars and new MCCBs by rearrangement/ modification of existing and if required extension / addition of Bus Bar lengths in Aluminium construction of similar cross section as per exisitng as required fixing of MCCBs and making the required joints including bending / cutting / shaping of the bus bars including providing of material, other consumables and tools and tackles as per site requirement. 12 Making the outgoing connections for above MCCBs by connecting the cables as required including replacing defected thimbles as required and making all joints fro outgoing supply. 13 Fixing of the new 250 Amp MCCBs along with their mounting arrangement after proper cleaning of the chambers with providign of consumablres and material as per site requirement. 14 Making the required connections between the main bus bars and new MCCBs by rearrangement/ modification of existing and if required extension / addition of Bus Bar lengths in Aluminium construction of similar cross section as per exisitng as required fixing of MCCBs and making the required joints including bending / cutting / shaping of the bus bars including providing of material, other consumables and tools and tackles as per site requirement. 15 Making the outgoing connections for above MCCBs by connecting the cables as required including replacing defected thimbles as required and making all joints fro outgoing supply. 16 Servicing / Reconditioning of the complete LT Panel including cleaning of the incomer chamber, all the outgoing chambers, cable alleys, bus bar alleys and checking and tightening of the bus bars / cable connections / joints / control wiring etc. as per site requirement. 17 Dismantling the defected Amp meters from the LT Panel outgoing chambers after disconnecting their wiring connections. Providing and Fixing of the new Ampere Meters ( 15 Nos.) etc. includingmaking their wiring connections and control connections as per requirement at site. 18 Dismantling the defected Indicating lights from the LT Panel outgoing chambers after disconnecting their wiring connections. Providing and Fixing of the new Indicating lights (24 Nos.) etc. includingmaking their wiring connections and control connections as per requirement at site. 19 Testing and commissioning of the new installed 4000 Amp ACBs for operations first at NO load and then at ON load including operation, testing of bus coupling system etc. as per the satisfaction of the engineer in charge. 20 Testing and commissioning of the new installed 630 Amp MCCBs for operations first at NO load and then at ON load including operation etc. as per the satisfaction of the engineer in charge. 21 Testing and commissioning of the new installed 250 Amp MCCBs for operations first at NO load and then at ON load including operation etc. as per the satisfaction of the engineer in charge.
