Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Crn 4457 Biennial Contract For Rewinding Of Lt Motors Up To 200 Kw At Igstpp For The Year 2025-27 Repair, Maintenance and Installation of Plant/ Systems/Equipments BOQ 10.10 ELLTM05BD804 Rewinding of LT Motors 37-55 KW 1. The scope includes rewinding work of LT motor rating from 37 – 55 KW with following specifications: - a. The agency should shift the motor from APCPL Workshop/site office/store to his workshop for rewinding. The rewinding work shall include: b. Dismantling /disassembly of burnt motor. Enclosure shall be cleaned, and then machine shall be dismantled with care so that no damage, breakage shall occur. c. Removing wedge, connection and stripping out old winding. d. Proper cleaning of stator and rotor core. Cleaning slot for burrs and old burnt insulations. e. Fixing slot liner made of Nomex paper / polyester or mica sheets. f. Winding coils out of enamelled copper as per requirement, wire / strip on winding machine as per original gauge and turns. g. Fixing coils in slot with milinex/Nomex paper coil separator, phase separator, #F# class sleeves 1.1kv grade. h. Fixing wedges made out of glass epoxy textolite sheets. i. Making connection. j. Binding overhangs with glass cord. k. Overhang shall be taped with class F varnished glass tape. l. Varnishing with varnish DR. BECK F50. m.Finishing exterior of complete winding with two coat of epoxy gel coat DR. BECK make. n. Winding shall be tested at 500 volt for one minute. o. The motor Winding resistance, Inductance, IR & PI shall be taken p. The motor no load trail shall be taken for 04 Hrs. No load current, vibrations shall be measured. Hourly readings of bearing temperature shall be recorded with temperature gun. q. The test reports shall be sent to APCPL for acceptance before dispatch of the motor. 2. The rewinded motor should be brought from his workshop and kept at APCPL workshop/site office/store as per the instructions of EIC. 3. Agency shall be responsible for the damages being occurred during transportation. 4. All hardwares (nuts, bolts etc) of the motor shall be intact. (if any missing agency has to provide at free of cost) 5. The rewinding works shall bear a warranty for a period of 03 months from the date of delivery at site. In case of any defects found the agency shall rectify the same at free of cost Total Quantity :
