Boring, installation and supply of materials for Two (02) off Grid Solar LDTW with 5HP submersible pump along with two pump house and 200 m of sub-surface water transmission arrangements with four (04) spout chamber at P&VS(M) Farm, Anandapur under the establishment of the Economic Botanist-III, West Bengal in the district of Paschim Medinipur under Midnapore(AI) Division- 1 Drilling 2 Drilling of bore hole of suitable diameter upto required depthby water jet system through any type of soil including hire and labour charges for boring pipes, scaffolding, other tools and plants etc.and taking out same all complete and other incidental works in this connection. (Provision of one lightning protection for each structure). 50 Supply and installation of 3 phase electromotor pump-motor set suitable for Solar operation covering 5 years warranty for the following conditions including loading, unloading, transportation etc.:-d) 5 HP 3 phase AC Pump-Motor set having discharge at required head as below:-iii) SubmersiblePump-motor set for lDTWwith external part made of stainless steel of grade 304 or higher as per IS 6911 and IS 3444, with discharge of 7.5 Lps- 5.83 Lps at 30 mts.- 35 mts. total head with cable, cover plate, Socket, Flanged Nipple, Rubber Insertion, Nuts& bolts and all other accessories including transportation of Bend, Column Pipes, cable, Sluice valve, lay flat hose pipe etc. from Deptt. Store to site within lOO km. The pump-motor should be tested as per IS 8034: 2048 (third revision). 51 Testing and commissioning of scheme after completion of all work 52 Comprehensive maintenance charges for 5 years (which cover monthly inspection, Yearly training to WUA, to attend breakdown within 3 days and to keep the scheme in operationwithout lapse of time)c) For 5HP both for Submersible & Surface pump Note: Total comprehensive maintenance charge is to be withheld in addition to Securirty Deposit . Comprehensive maintenance chargeswillbe released@i) Rs. 0.80 for 2 HP, ii) Rs. 0.80 for 3 HP, iii) Rs. 0.60 for 5 HP/ 7.5 10 HP/ 15 HP/ 17.5 HP and 20 HP Submersible & Surface per Wp per year at the end of each maintenance period i.e. at the end of 1st year, 2nd year, 3rd year, 4th year & 5th year.In case the “Bidder” does not provide service during the warranty & comprehensive maintenance period, the amount so held up will beforfeited. 53 Supplying fitting and fixing 25 mm dia medium quality GI pipes as per IS specification with all necessary accssories, special viz. socket, bend, tee,flange etc. fitted with holder bats clamps, including cutting pipes , making threas, fitting fixing with necessary nuts & bolts, rubber insertions etc. complete in all respect including cost of all necessary fittings as required and as per drawing & specification and as per direction of EIC.(pg-2, sl no -1 A(c)(ii) of S&P) 54 Insurance @ 2% to beof item no-3.01,3.05,3.08,3.10 ie Note: 2 1st years Insurance is to be paid on production of Original Receipt of Premium pay,ment, Remaining 4 years Insurance payment is to be withheld which will be released during 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th year on production of Original Receipt of premiumpayment. 55 WTA 56 Earth work in excavation of field trenches as per design section and alignment for laying of pipe lines (PVC, RCC, ACP etc.) upto a depth of 1500 mm allsorts of soils including removing, spreading or stacking extra earth as directed.The item includes necessary trimming of sides trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom as required complete. 57 Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidated the same by through saturation with water ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. 58 Single brick flat soling of picked Jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints withlocal sand. 59 Laying of P.V.C. pipes of different diameters within field trenches in curve / straight line using P.V.C. fittings, viz. Bend, Tee, Reducer etc. and making leak-proof joints with couplers after roughening the surface with wire brush and emery paper and applying solvent cement (The rate is inclusive of transport of pipes, fittings and solvent cement to be supplied by Deptt.) all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. a) 140 mm. dia 60 b) 110 mm. Dia 61 Ordinary Cement concrete (Mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement , if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.(d) With Pakur variety chips. 62 Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 metre using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams, columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor). 25 mm. to 37.5 mm. thick wooden shuttering. 63 Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structure including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc. including supply of rods, initial straightening of bend bars excluding coil bars and removal of loose rust (if necessary) cutting to requisite length, hooking, bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 1.626 mm (16 SWG) black annealed wire at every inter section complete as per drawing and direction including cost of wire upto 1st floor level. ( For Tor steel). 64 Brick work with Ist class brick incement mortar (1 : 6) . 65 20 mm thick plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with (1:6) sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners, as directedand racking out joints or roughening of concrete surface including throating. Nosing and drip course as necessary at ground floor 15 mm thick (1:6) proportion. 66 Neat cement punning about 1.5 mm. thick in wall dado, floor, drain, door and window sill etc. complete. 67 Earth work in filling in trenches after laying pipe lines (PVC, RCC, ACP etc.) with good earth obtained from excavation of field trenches in layers notexceeding 225 mm, including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. 68 Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary. (distance up to 40 km) 74 Testing of pipe line system against leakage by filling the distribution chamber with water and supplying water through the entire pipe line net work for atleast 4 (Four) hours including hiring and transport of suitable generstor , pump , tools and plants, fuel and lubricants and installation of the pump connecting the same with pipe line network making necessary electrical connection and dismantling all these after completion of test all complete as per direction of Engineer -In -Charge. 75 CONSTRUCTION OF R. C. C. DERRICK FOR LDTW. 76 Earthwork in excavation of foundationtrenches or drains in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite and sand stone), including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils, within a lead of 75 m as directed. Base - Yellow, and words - Red. Both bottom end of the stands pipe will be grouted in 1:2:4 CC on a single brick flat soling.
