Stabilization Of Lawns At Jambu Zoo- 1 PART A:- Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-incharge: 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) 2 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 50 metres: All kinds of soil 3 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:5:10 (1 Cement : 5 coarse sand :10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) 4 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- All work upto plinth level.1:3:6 (1 cement :3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size; with/including vibrator) - L.S. 5 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:1½:3 (1 cement :1½ coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 6 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. 7 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete. 8 12mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand) 9 EXTERIOR FINISHINGFinishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm) 10 Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in : Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 11 Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. 12 Extra for levelling & neatly dressing of disposed soil completely as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 13 Demolishing brick work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge: In cement mortar 14 Removing mortar from bricks and cleaning bricks including stacking within a lead of 50 m. (stacks of cleaned bricks shall be measured) : From brick work in cement mortar 15 Providing and laying rain water pipes of size 150 mm - L.S. 16 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work. L.S 17 Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works. L.S. 18 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size; with/including vibrator). L.S. 19 Carriage of materials from source to site of work by M.T. /HL including all lead and lift - sand 20 Carriage of materials from source to site of work by M.T. /HL including all lead and lift - bajri 21 Carriage of materials from source to site of work by M.T. /HL including all lead and lift - earth (Part A + Part B) 22 PART B:- Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 50 metres: All kinds of soil : 23 Hand-packing stones in wire-crates; excluding cost of crates and stones 24 Making knitted wire crates of approved mesh-size; including weaving, binding sides and partitions, and binding top after filling; excluding cost of filling, stones and weaving materials 25 Supply of Boulders for crates and back filllingbehind the Crated wall - complete job 26 Carriage of materials 27 Add cost of crates (GI wire 6*1.2*1.2 cum) of mesh size 100 mm by 100 mm@6500 per crate including carriage
