    Tender For Supplying And Laying Of Interlocking Paver Block For Weekly Shandy Campus At Shed West Side In S.Kannanur Town Panchayat.; 1 Supplying and filling in foundation andbasement with Well Gravel in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed watered and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification. 2 Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam 250mm thick specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechnanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in Sub Base/ Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc.,complete as per clause 406 of MORTH 3 Providing and laying of 63mm thick high strength type conforming IS 15658-2006 of rubberized interlocking paver block in required sizes of minimum compressive strength of 40 N/mm2 in uniform shape of approved make to be laid in flurrying bone pattern with approved non sticking surface in the top and the rate including leveling the base preparation of sub base with stone dust cushion 100mm thick, laying out the pavement cut the pieces to fit the edge, vibrating the pavers, sweeping transporting, loading unloading and laying of paver block as per standard specification.-10 Sqm paver Block rate PWD SOR Page No; 35 4 Manufacturing, supplying and fixing in position plain cement concrete precast kerb slab of size 600mm x 600mm x 100mm in Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (One cement, Two M - sand and Four jelly) using 20mm HBG stone jelly including cost of moulding charges, casting of slab, finishing, curing, fixing and pointing the slab with CM 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) to full depth of slab etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed
