On Epc Basis” External texture paint- Balance Exterior texture paint, including plaster/finishing at parapet top and repair of leakage seepage and shaft covering wherever required 5 Repair check and finishing work of all Tile flooring, Granite in staircase, and terrace surface levelling with screed concrete wherever required. 6 Supply & fixing SS railing in Ramps, staircase door, shaft doors and Aluminum door in gym. Structure Glazing glass repair/Replacement wherever required. All Glazed doors & windows repair check & restoration wherever required. 7 Electrical work- Balance LV works (Telephone, fiber, ONT, Fire alarm panel and wiring), Façade light. Green room and office toilet exhaust system.one Cable laying from NGO panel to terrace panel, earthing and lighting protection wherever required. Electrical Panel required for supply of VRV system(If required),Terrace fire and Water supply pump and motor.
