    Bids Are Invited For Repair, Maintenance, And Installation Of Plant/ Systems/Equipments (Version 2) - Icgs Aruna Asaf Ali; E- 029, E-043, E-059, E-073, E-079, L051; Service Provider 1.1 E-029 CME vent line ball valve along with adapter found perished and broken from overboard pipeline resulting in leakage of sea water in bilges. Ball valve to be renewed and threading of pocket of overboard pipe line to be carried out. System to be proved post defect rectification for satisfactory operation. No. 01 1.2 E-043 Chequered plates securing frame at waterjet compartment, AER & FER found damaged and unscrew at various places. Chequered plates securing frame to be re-welded or screwed as per requirement.Qty:20 Nos., Length: 05 Mtrs 1.3 E-059 Heavy sea water leakage observed from AC condenser sea water overboard pipe line view deterioration. Pipe line to be removed and repaired/renewed as per sample and pressure tested up to 05 bar. (Mat: CU-Ni, Length-03 meters) 1.4 E-073 Sea water leakage observed from fwd engine room bilge educator suction pipe line view deterioration. Pipe line to be repaired/renewed as per sample and pressure tested up to 05 bar. (Mat: CU-Ni, Length-02 Mtrs approx) No. 01 1.5 E-079 Port main engine vent line adapter found perished and broken from overboard pipeline resulting in leakage of sea water in bilges. Adapter to be renewed as per sample (Mat: CU-Ni, Qty- 01 no). Post defect rectification system to be proved for satisfactory operation. No. 01 1.6 L-051 Request assistance for fitment of basic radar onboard. Scope of work as follows:- (i) Removal of existing MTR unit and antenna array. (ii) MTR base plate deteriorated and same to be renewed (Thickness- 10 MM,Length-60MM,breadth-60 MM, Mat-MS) (iii) Cable to be routed from bridge to Radar MTR unit at mast.
