Tender For Provn Of Fencing Work At Pachmarhi Mil Stn; 2 Item No. 01 : Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep, cleaing away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushweed, undergrowth, roots, and trees not exceeding 30cm girth in hard / dence soil complete all as specified and directed. 3 Item No. 02 : Excavating in post (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. M. getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, geeting out in hard / dence soil complete all as specified and directed. 4 Item No. 03 : Excavating in post (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. M. getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, geeting out in soft /disintergrated rocks complete all as specified and directed. 5 Item No. 04 : M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate Cement concrete in foundations, filling, mass concrete complete all as specified. 6 Item No. 05 : S & F angle iron of MS steel posts and struts conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 as in fencing post and struts including cutting, bending to shape as directed and drilling holes, nothching for fixing and holding of barbed wire complete all as specified and directed. 7 Item No. 06 : S&F galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia with 2 mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provn of galvanisd mild steel wire staple or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed. 8 Item No. 07 : S&F Bands, FI straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required; conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed. 9 Item No. 08 : Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing, any sizecomplete all as specified anddirected. 10 Item No. 09 : Fixing only chain link fencing including linewires, any mesh, size and type to anyof standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provission of binding wire complete all as specified anddirected. 11 Item No. 10 :M& L for Preparing of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified anddirected. 12 Item No. 11 : M & L for 10 mm dia round bar as in streghthening bar in fencing complete all as specified and directed. 13 Item No. 12 : M & L for Surface excavation n.exc(not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cmdeep and getting out in hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed. 14 Item No. 13 :Removing excavated materialn exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, soil complete all as specified anddirected. 15 Item No. 14 : Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface with broken stone or boulders complete all as specified and directed. 16 Item No. 15 : M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 D2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate)complete all as specified anddirected. 17 Item No. 16 :M& L for 100mm thick cment concrete type B-2 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) over sub base complete all as specified anddirected. 18 Item No. 17 :M& L brickwork with fly ash modular size bricks, straight or curved on pla exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified anddirected. 19 Item No. 18 :M& L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, cement concrete as in coping complete all as specified anddirected. 20 Item No. 19 : M & L 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of bk/concrete surfaces in C (1:4) finished even and smooth (without using extra cement)complete all as specified and directed. 21 Item No. 20 : M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed. 22 Item No. 21 :M& L for Forming construction joint 30mm deep x 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound complete all as specified anddirected. 23 Item No. 22 : S & F PVC (SWR) pipes 75mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in floors, treanches complete all as specified and directed.
