Tender For Provisioning Of Deficient Air Conditioners (05 Nos X1.5 Tons For Cgom Sector- 24 Noida.; 1 Material and labour for Point wiring complete with 4.0 Sqmm single core PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 voltsgrade confirming to IS-694 drawn through and including PVC casing caping minimum 20 mm dia,but shall be increased as per actual site requirement in accordance with clause No.19.125 of SSR Part-I ,with necessary accessories with Flush mounting boxes& white plates with frames housing of switches sockets / fan regulator etc. including 4.0 Sqmm single core solid multitranded copper conductor FRLS1100 volts grade PVC insulated and unsheathed cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth & connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for one 3 pin socket outlet, 15Amps, independent, with cables 4 sq. mm size ( for fixing of SPN enclosre) complete all as specified and as directed 2 S & F in replacement double doorSheet metal enclosures factory made DBs2 way ,240 volts ,protection class IP-42, suitable for fixing of MCBs, Isolators etc, confirming As per IEC 61439-3 ,Suitable for Flush Mounting and Surface Mounting, With 100 A Copper Busbar ,With Neutral bar, Earthbar and Cable ties for Cable management,Fully shrouded Neutral bars, Prefitted masking sheet complete all as specified and as directed. 3 Supply and fixingofMCB SPN 16-32 Amps, 10 KA B curve, 230 Volt, 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&Lfor sub main wiring with two runs of PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable 650/1100 Volts grade, conforming to IS-1536-1977 multi-stranded 4 Sqmm single core, copper conductor drawn through PVC Casing Caping /conduit and 4 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade, ISI marked as earth continuity wire complete all as specified and directed (Note : Two runs of conductor with one run of earth wire and PVC casing capping will be measured & paid as one unit) 5 Supply and fix Single pole and neutral enclousre with a two pin earth and neutral plug and socket complete with one SP MCB of cap 20 Amp complete all as specified and directed. 6 Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity3 KVA complete all as specified and as directed 7 Supply, install, testing and commissioning of split type air conditioner 1.5 TRcapacitywith inbuilt inverter technology 5 star rating with cordless remote control, single phase, 240 volts complete with all accessories such as indoor and outdoor units and refrigerant tubing of adequate length as required at site, indoor mounting plate, drain pipe of suitable size brought to ground level from any height including making cable connection by providing three core 4 sqmm copper conductor cable PVC insulated, sheathed of adequate lenght as reuired at site and initial filling of refrigerant gas including making round hole on existing any type of wall (core cutting if required) for taking up refrigerant tubing, drain pipe including connected accessories such as MS wall bracket perfabricated duly painted suitable for fixing of oudoor unit of split Air Conditioner with necessary nuts, bolts & washers, sheet metal enclosures, MCB, DB and cables etc and making good the disturbed surface by matching with existing adjoining surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
