Tender For Misc Civil Work To Prevent Water Logging At 33 Kv S/S Riico Bichhiwara Dungarpur - 1 Building Items (Part A) 2 Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster incl. disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50mtr lead 3 Supplying and fixing fixed wire gauge of 14 mesh x 24 gauge to the metal frame of rolled section by metal beading 20x3mm with suitable screw at not exceeding 150 mm distance. 4 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand andmanufacture to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work. 5 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand andmanufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work 6 Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approvedbrand and manufacture to give an even shade including allscaffolding: Old work (one or more coats) including scrappingsurface and necessary repairs. Colour Change 7 Painting exterior surface of Wall with 100% acrylic exteriorpaint of approved brand and manufacture to give an evenshade with two or more coats including prepartion of basewith sand papering, primer, putty, etc complete in all respectincluding scaffolding and safety provision. (a) Old Work 8 Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finished: 20 mm thick. 9 6 mm thick cement plaster to ceiling of mix 1:3 (1cement : 3-fine sand) 10 Providing and fixing M.S. sheet 1mm thick single leaf doorshutter in angle iron frame 35x35x5mm suitabilly diagonallybraced with 25x3mm flat iron above and below lock rail ofsize 50x5mm beading extra including all fittings, as perdirection of Engg. incharge but excluding cost of chowkhats:including two coats of anit-corrosive red oxide primer paint 11 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (HydraulicExcavator )/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains(not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) includingdressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m,including taking out the excavated soil and depositing andrefilling of jhiri with watering & ramming and disposal ofsurplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 meter.All kinds of soils 12 Providing and laying in position cement concrete includingcuring, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excludingthe cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinthlevel. 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). 13 Random Rubble stone masonry for with hard stone infoundation and plinth in Cement Sand mortar above 30 CMthick wall in: Cement Mortar 1:6 ( 1-Cement : 6-Sand). 14 Random Rubble stone masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto five level above 30cm. thick walls in : Cement Mortar 1:6 ( 1-Cement : 6-Sand). M20 grade Nominal Mix 1: 1.5: 3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size). 18 Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built upsections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting(height upto 10 m) , fixing in position and applying a primingcoat of approved steel primer all complete: 19 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulicexcavator )/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm indepth. 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) includingdisposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5 m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed : All kindsof soil Add extra for lead upto 3 Km 20 Kota stone slab flooring 25 mm thick over 20 mm (average) thickbase laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing completewith base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) For area of each slab from 2001 to 5000 Sq.Cm 21 Providing and fixing steel gate, grating , and grills made ofangles, tees, square bars, flats,or black pipe with holdfast andfittings complete as per design and drawing including cuttingwelding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide 22 Structural steel work in single section fixed with or withoutconnecting plate including cutting, hoisting ( height upto 10m), fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approvedsteel primer all complete. 23 Add or deduct for each wire line over basic item Extra for using galvanized barbed wire instead of black barbed wire.
