Tender For Widening Of Existing Peripheral Road Of Boundary Wall At Nfl Nangal Unit. (2Nd Phase); 1 Carriage of materials by Mechanicel transport including loading, unloading and stacking wherever required upto 2 KM(Anywhere within Factory Areas).- Lime, moorum, building rubbish, hard coal/stones. 2 Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. - All kinds of soil. 3 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 4 i)1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). 5 ii)1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). 6 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 7 i)1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). 8 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : 9 i)Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete. 10 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. (Steel reinforcement shall be supplied free of cost from NFL main stores). 11 i)Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. 12 Brick work with bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in : cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand ). 13 Structural steel work welded / riveted/ bolted in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting fixing in position including cost of primary coat. (Structure steel to be issued free of cost at NFL Stores), for railing and other civil relatated job. 14 i)In tees, angles, flats, plates and channels etc. 15 Brick edging laid lengthwise with half brick depth including excavation, refilling and disposal of surplus earth lead upto 50 metres :With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5. 16 Hire charge for diesel road roller - 8 to 10 tonne including cost of services operating staff and operating oils / diesel etc complete in all respect. 17 Supply of Mechanical Excavator / JCB services including Diesel and Operator, for urgent excavation jobs on hourly basis, as per the site requirement and instructions of Engineer-in-charge. 18 Assisting in executing various job un-susceptible to measurement and other work which are not including in any items stated above/ scope of works as per instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge. : 19 i)For this purpose, contractor has to deploy one Skilled Labour along-with all requisite tools & tackles for one day (For 8:00 hour), which will be treated as one unit of each operation. 20 ii)For this purpose, contractor has to deploy one Un-skilled Labour along-with all requisite tools & tackles for one day (For 8:00 hour), which will be treated as one unit of each operation.
