Tender For Providing Repair & Servicing Of 7.5/10/15/40 Kva Canopy Type Ea Sets In Palakol Ocm Under Eluru Ba.; 1 Supplying and replacement of fallowing spare parts / consumables for the DG set as required. 2 supply of lube oil 3 supply of lube oil filter 4 supply of diesel oil filter 5 Diesel pipe 1mtr 6 Battery 16 sqmm wire with lugs(1mtr) 7 63A 4pole 3way rotary type change over switch 8 S/F of ON/OFF Push button 9 S/L of ON/OFF panel wiring with 1.5sqmm 10 DG set stop solenoid assembly 11 Replacement of fuel lift pump 12 V Belts 13 Diesel tank cleaning with water servicing 14 40mm hose pipes and clips kit 15 coolantfor Radiator 16 Radiator Cap 17 V Belts cogged 18 Lube Oil Cap 19 40 mm cylencer flexble pipe gas welding 20 40mm hose pipes and clips kit 21 Fuel link MS pipe 22 S/F of AVR in Alternator excitation circuit of Kirloskar make and model i/c necessary interconnections,testing onload etc as required. 23 Repairngand calibration of fuel injection pump assembly & nozzles of 15 KVA EA set including removing / refixing transportation charges to work shope complete as required. 24 Supply and fixing of SMPS battery charger suitable for charging lead acid battery with 230V 50HZ AC supply input and 12V DC output i/c short circuit protection,reverse batteryterminal protection etc as required. 25 Supply and fixing of Bitumen tar sheet on the top of the 15KVA capacity DG set canopy for rusted roof of thecanopy and preventing water leakages etc as required. 26 Replacement of stainless steel dooraldrops Heavy Duty/Door inges in place damages suitable for locking arrangementabove DG set as required. 27 Testing and commissioning of the 7.5/10/15/40 KVA above set with cable connections, earth connections, silencer fixing and engine/alternator perameters etc complete as required. 28 Repair of burnt Exhaust Fan at work shop by replacing burntwinding ,capacitor i/c dismantling of assembly& tranportation ,Providing repairs and reinstallation after reair the same etc as required. 29 Providing and fixinginplace of collapesed roof top in place16swg GI sheet4 Ft. x 4 Ft./ 4 Ft. x 8 Ft./4 Ft. x 4Ft.//i/c cutting,failing comple as required. 30 Prdg. Genaral servicing of radiator i/c removing of radiator from 15KVA engine and transportation to work shope and chemical washing of radiator coreremoving of dirt,dust,removing of inner tube blockages and refixing to engine,testing on load etc as required. 31 Prdg. Repairs to self motorTVS model of 15KVA capacity DG set at work shop by replacing burnt field winding ,Armature,brushes,i/c dismantling of assembly& tranportation ,Providing repairs and reinstallation after reair the same etc as required. 32 Prdg. Repairs to self motorTVS model of 40KVA capacity DG set at work shop by replacing burnt field winding ,Armature,brushes,i/c dismantling of assembly& tranportation ,Providing repairs and reinstallation after reair the same etc as required.
