Tender For Empanelment Of Workshops For Mumbai Region; A.1(a)Empanelment Categories • Category-I: • For jobs valued between ₹10 Lakhs to 50 Lakhs • Bidders scoring more than 70% in the BEC Score Matrix evaluation will be empaneled in this category. • Category-II: • For jobs valued up to ₹10 Lakhs • Bidders scoring between 50% and less than 70% the BEC Score Matrix will be empaneled in this category. A Groups and Subgroups Bidders can choose to apply for any or all of the following groups and their subgroups: Group A: Mechanical Works • A1 – Heavy Repair • A2 – Light Repair • A3 – Fabrication & General Works • A4 – Hydraulic & Valve Repair Group B: Electrical Works • B1 – Heavy Repair • B2 – Light Repair • B3 – Static Equipment Repair • B4 – General Works Group C: Instrumentation Works • C1 – PCB/Module Repair • C2 – Control Shutdown Valve Repair • C3 – Field Instrument Repair • C4 – General Instrumentation Works ________________________________________ Evaluation Criteria • Each bidder will be evaluated separately for each subgroup using the BEC Score Matrix (Attached at Annex-3) • Based on their score: o Above 70% → Empaneled under Category-I & Category-II for that specific subgroup. o Between 50% and 70% → Empaneled under Category-II for that specific subgroup. o Bidders scoring less than 50% of Total Marks for each subgroup shall not be considered for empanelment in that subgroup • Further, Minimum Criterion has been specified against certain parameters (Manpower, Track Record, Workshop/ Lab facilities, Working Area etc.) (Column J) in the BEC Score Matrix of tender document attached at annexure-3. Bidder not meeting the aforesaid minimum criterion for each sub-group shall not be considered for empanelment for that sub-group • Column K of the BEC Score Matrix specifies the minimum documents required to satisfy the criteria for each parameter within a subgroup. The marks awarded for each parameter will be based on the documentary evidence submitted corresponding to that specific parameter of the respective subgroup.
