Tender For Renovation Of Flooring Work In Residential Bungalows Of Sector-7 At Nfl Nangal Unit.(Phase-I); 2 Carriage of Materials by Mechanical Transport including loading,unloading and stacking upto 2 KM- Lime, moorum, building rubbish. 3 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 4 i) 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). 5 ii) 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). 6 Providing edge moulding to 18 mm thick marble stone counters, Vanities etc., including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge: Granite work. 7 Extra for fixing marble /granite stone, over and above corresponding basic item, in facia and drops of width upto 150 mm with epoxy resin based adhesive, including cleaning etc. complete. 8 Mirror polishing on marble work/Granite work/stone work where ever required to give high gloss finish complete. 9 Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) : 25 mm thick. 10 Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed antiskid floor tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shadesof any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in floors,skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. 11 Fixing glazed/ Ceramic/ Vitrified floor tiles with cement based high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive (Water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 3mm thickness. 12 Grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling / grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 13 Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor with different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately). 14 Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with minimum 16 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. - Polished Granite stone slab colour of Black, Cherry/Ruby Red or equivalent. 15 Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. - With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) 16 Hacking of CC flooring including cleaning for surface etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 17 Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. 18 i) Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) 19 Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead. 20 Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. 21 Providing services for the spacializedjobs from thereputed architect/ interior designer/ architectural agency who are in this business.The services may include the site visit, discussion, preparing of drawings/ supervision and regarding the selection of colour, shade, size of fittings/ fixtures/ interior design etc., whichever required.For the purpose of payment %age above/ below the billed value raised by the expert/architect etc. for providing such service, supported by cash receipt / vouchers shall be considered against this item. 22 Providing fancy items pertaining to SS work, Decoration work with available decorative material in market as per drawing/ instructions of Engr. in charge with titles/ store highliter/ Alunm/ steel, board /Decorative Green grass on walls/Marble pieces/LED lights etc.,and any other items, items which are not covered under any other item of SOQ. For the purpose of payment %age above the Market rates of material supported by cash receipt / vouchers may be quoted. 23 Assisting in executing various job un-susceptible to measurement and other work which are not including in any items stated above/ scope of works as per instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge. : 24 i) For this purpose, contractor has to deploy one Skilled Labour along-with all requisite tools & tackles for one day (For 8:00 hour), which will be treated as one unit of each operation. 25 ii) For this purpose, contractor has to deploy one Un-skilled Labour along-with all requisite tools & tackles for one day (For 8:00 hour), which will be treated as one unit of each operation. 26 Part - B (Deduction Item) 27 Deduct for not using 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) bedding in laying of floor tiles and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm. 28 Deduction items against which material supplied by contractor shall be received in store for future utilization. 29 i) Deduct for not fixing ceramica/vitrified floor tiles of any size. 30 ii) Deduct for not fixing granite stone slab/Kota stone.
