Supply Of Spares/Repairs To Snow Cat 90 Hp Sonalika, Snow Cat 20 Preet, Snow Cat 31 Farmtrac 90 Hp And Snow Cat 15 Farmtrac Of Mechanical And Hospital Sub Division 1St Anantnag.- 1 Snow CAT 90 HP Sonalika 2 Repair of alternator by way of dismantling the alternator from machine and then soldering of the broken joints of rectifier plate connections and the assembling back the alternator on the machince. All leads and lifts are in the scope of the executing firm. 3 Providing and Fitting of front indicator assy. (LHS & RHS including bulbs) 4 Providing and Fitting of return fuel pipe 13 long suitable for extreme winter conditions. 5 Snow CAT 20 Preet 6 Repair to V blade assy by way of dismantling the blade assy and replacement of the H-frame section using ISMC 100 L-2500mm, M.S Plate (150x100x18mm)x4nos by way of cutting, welding and finishing, the work shall be carried out as per the dimensions of the existing H-frame. Then after replacement of the H-Frame mounting of the blade assy. back on the machine. All the consumables, leads and lifts included for the fabrication are in the scope of the contractor/firm. 7 Providing and fitting of return fuel pipe 13 long 8 Repairing of Hydraulic jack by way of dismantling the hyd. Jack assy. then straightening of the hydraulic jack piston on machine press and changing of piston seals then assembling the hyd. Jack assy back and mounting on the machine 9 Snow CAT- 31 (90 HP Farmtrac) 10 Repair to the V-blade assy. by way of dismantling the blade assy. from the machine then cutting of the rear horizontal support brackets 02 nos of the blade by way of gas cutting and shifting it inwards towards the nose of the blade by 8 and replacing the vertical support channels 02 nos by ISMC 100 L-1000mm 02 nos by way of cutting and welding. the job also includes provinding and welding of 04 nos gusset plates of size 250 x160mm between the vertical and horizontal support brackets. 11 Providing and Fitting Hydraulic Pipe ( Pressure≥ 4800 PSI) Inner Ф = 8 mm, Length = 12 feet along with collar joints. 12 Snow CAT-15 FARMTRAC 13 Repair to hydraulic hose pipe 1/2 4800 psi by way of cuttingoff the damaged hose connection and fitting of new one by way of crimping. 14 Repairs to Radiator by way of dismantling the radiator from the machine and then shifting the dammaged radiator from site at Vailoo to local market for repairs by way of thoroughly washing with caustic soda and then brazing the leaking fins and joints and testing thereof 15 Repairs to the cabin base of providing and fixing M.S sheets of suitable size which can cover the irregular damaged area of 2 X 2 feetwith nut and bolts and welding after dismantling and repairing it so that it is water proof . All tools and tackles are in the scope of contractor
