Tender For Construction Of Integrated WomenS Sanitary Complex In Durgaiamman Kovil Street At Anaimalayanpatty Panchayat.; 1 Construction of INTEGRATED WOMENSSANIRATY COMPLEXin Durgaiamman kovil street at Anaimalayanpatty panchayat. 2 Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soilsand to full depth as may be direacted except in rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling water wherver necessary and depositing the surplus earth within Standard Specification the etc.complete. 3 Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One Cement, Four sand and Eight hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundationincluding dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick, well rammed, consolidation etc., complete. 4 Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with filling sand layers not more than 15 cm thick well rammed watered and not compacted complete complying with standard specification. 5 Supplying and filling of conveyed earth with a lead of 1Km for basement fillingcompacted complete complying with standard specification. 6 Brick work in cement mortal 1 : 5 (one cement and five sand) using country bricks including cost of cement which will be supplied by the department if available and the cost will be recovered as per the rate in the condition including curing etc., complete 7 Supplying and erecting, centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheet of 90cm x60cm BG 10 guage stiffened with welded M.S. angle of 25 x 25 x 3mm boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 75 cm centre to centre at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specification.(The payment for centeringshall be made only after the concrete is laid) 8 Foundation and Basement 9 Grount floor 10 Supplying fabricating and placing in position mild steel or ribbed for steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc complete complying with standard specification (MS rod and RTS rod ) etc., 11 RCC 1:1.5:3 mix using 20 mm ISS HBG metal for RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement and fabricating charges and centering and shuttering charges but including curing providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof level wherever neccessary and bearing surfaces of walls, sides and bottom of slab,beams etc., shall be finished smooth with C.M. 1:3 12mm thick and with kraft paper without claiming extra etc., as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with std. Specifications and as directed.The rate is including vibration charges. 12 Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 10mm thick in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed. 13 Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed. 14 Finishing the top of roofwith one course of Machine Pressed Tiles of size 23 cm x 23 cm x 2cm of approved quality laid in CEMENT MORTAR 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS by 2% weight of cemen 15 Supplying andDelivery of steel Doors of sizeincluding cost and conveyance etc., complete 16 1.10x2.10 m 17 0.75x1.80 18 Labour charges for fixing doors along with frames inposition etc. complete(finished work) 19 Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, twoM.Sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers. 20 Paving the floor with scratch proof Ceramic Tiles of any colour and any size laid in cement mortar 1:2 (one cement and two sand) 20mm thick and pointing with white cement using 0.4Kg/Sq.m. mixed with colouring pigments to suit the colour of the tiles incl 21 Floor finish with granolithic pattern floor finish with plain cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 (one cement two sand and four hard broken stone) using 10 to 12 mm size hard broken granite stone jelly 25mm thick and the top rubbed smooth, etc complete 22 Dadooing walls with Glazed Tiles of any colour and any size laid in cement mortar 1:2 (one cement and two sand) 20mm thick and pointing with white cement using 0.4Kg/Sq.m. mixed with colouring pigments to suit the colour of the tiles including finishing t 23 Supplying and delivery of PVC pipes & Specials 24 110mm PVC Pipe ( 4 KSC) for sewage,RWHS 25 Air vent pipe 26 110mm PVC Elbow 27 110mm PVC Tee 28 110mm PVC Bend 29 110mm PVC End cap 30 Painting two coat over New wall surface with approved quality of Oil bound distember with colour over one coat of white cement for priming coat for base including preparation of old colour washing surface and all materials, labour charges etc 31 Painting two coat of Plastic emulsion paint over wall plastering surface with best approved first quality of approved colour over the one coat of priming etc., complete complying with standard specification (The paint should be got approved by the departm 32 Painting two coats of new iron work such as steel doors, windows ventilators window bars, balustradesetc., with best approved first quality of synthetic enamal paint of approved colour over the existing priming coats etc complete complying with standard 33 Light Point Wiring with 2 x 2.5 sqmm PVC un Sheated seal cable of 650 v grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVCaccessories and with T.W switch box with pointing of suitable colour for open / concealed PVC LIGHT POINT with continuos 34 Supply and run of 2 of 4 Sq.mm (56/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu. conductor of 1100 V on 7/20 GI bearer wire for service connection mains SD 64. 35 Supply and fixing of 16 Amps DPI swtich of 500 V with MAIN BOX, FUSE and neutral on suitable TW Board with PWD earthings.SD 150 36 Supplying and fixing in position best quality and approved make Indian made white / colour glazed earthernware wash hand basin of size 550 x 400mm (with pedestal / without pedestal) with a pair of cast iron brackets, including cost 15mm dia brass CP pillar tap, 32mm dia B class GI waste pipe with rubber plug and chain, 15mm dia GM wheel valve, 15mm brass nipple, 15mm dia nylone connection, 32mm dia CP brass waste coupling including fixing of wash basin using CI brackets on to the wall in position with TW plugs and screws, rubber washers, white lead and giving necessary water supply connection and painting the brackets with two coat of painting over a priming coat of anti-corrosive paint including testing for leakages etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
