    Bids Are Invited For Repair And Overhauling Service - Repair Of Co2 Mffs Control Panel View Recurrent Loop Fault/Battery Fault Observed On Main Control Panel In Mcr; Na; Yes; Service Provider Premises Repair of CO2 MFFS System Control Panel 1. Swtich OFF power supply to the Main Control Panel and MFFS System components. 2. Open system vent valves in case inadvertent operation. 3. Disconnection connectors and HP air lines to pilot bottles to avoid inadvertent operation. 4. Check insulation of Main Control Panel in MCR from Insulation Points. Rectify, if necessary. 5. Disconnect battery and remove. 6. Check health of battery. Check electrolyte level of battery water. Rectify, if necessary. 7. Check power supply card health. Replace if necessary. 8. Undertake circuit continuity checks of power supply circuit. If fault is found, replace the concerned part by isolation. 9. Check control circuit of main control panel for faults. 10. Switch ON Main Control panel and check control circuit for faults, replace fault parts if any. 11. Check voltage in connectors of the pilot bottles, connect if zero voltage. 12. Connect HP air lines to pilot bottles. 13. Restore system to ready to operate state Total Quantity :
