MS/RTS rods in all floors 11 Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (one part cement and five parts M-sand) using best quality II class Ground moulded chamber burnt bricks of size 9 x 4-1/2 x 3to line, level and to plumb on one face including necessary scaffolding, racking out joints, curing etc., complete as directed by the departmental officer and as per standard specification.a)For foundation & basement 12 b)In Ground floor up to 4.50m height 13 Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 12mm thick in all floors including scaffolding neatly finishing, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. 14 Supplying and fixing of cuddapah slab 38mm to 40mm thickness including cutting and polishing on both side etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. 15 Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles of following sizes set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two M-sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. 16 Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint (interior) of first class quality and of approved colour including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification. 17 Painting two coats of wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint (exterior) of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification. 18 Fabricating, Supplying and fixing in position of mild steel (RHS) Rectangular steel hollow section following thickness and M.S tube, I-Section sizes of 250mmx125mmX6.9mm thickness for loading dock area including cutting, welding and fixing in purlin etc., completed as directed by the departmental officers. 19 Supplying and fixing in position of Powder coated galvalume colour sheet of 0.47mm thickness with necessary bolts, nuts and washers, metal screwsetc. complete with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. 20 Supplying and fixing of steel rolling shutter (pull and push type) with ISI make of approved quality with MS lathes 75mm wide and 18 gauge GI sheet thick to a different sizes including all accessories like sliding groves, shafts, springs, bearings, hood and locking arrangements and grouting the side and top assembly with walls and beams etc. complete and as directed by the departmental officers. 21 Supplying and fixing of steel weld mesh Partition using 40x40x6mm mild steel L / T angle and 75x25-10G welded mesh & Mild steel flat 30x6mm as directed by the departmental officers with necessary of sizes including cutting, welding and labour charges etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers. 22 Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. 23 Supplying and fixing of precast slab of 50mm thick using 20mm gauge stone jelly costincluding moulding, concreting, finishing inside with cement slurry and curing but excluding cost of reinforcement etc complete as directed by the departmental officers. 24 Dismantling of Brick work in cement mortar carefully and keeping away the debris from the site of work etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers. 25 Construction of INSPECTION CHAMBER following clear sizes including earth work excavation, CC 1:5:10 of 10 cm thick and brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 [One cement and Five sand] using best quality of second class Ground Moulded Chamber Burnt Bricks of size 9 x 4½ x 3with Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:3 [One Cement and Three Sand] 12 mm thick to inner and outer sides and wearing coat 1:3:6 [One Cement, Three Sand and Six Aggregate] 15 cm thick and covered with precast slab 5 cm thick etc., complete complying as directed by the departmental officers as per standard specification.
