Note- 1] Delivery Will Be Made On Actual Weighment Basis Without Barrels. 2] Oil Is Kept In Barrels, But Barrels Are Not The Part Of The Lot. Purchaser Should Make Suitable Arrangement For Taking Delievry Of The Oil From These Barrels. 3] Segregation Is Not Permitted. 4] Valid Cpcb Certificate Holders Should Only Participate In The Auction And Delivery Should Be Against Valid Central/ State Cpcb Book Holder Only. , 5] Sucessful Bidder Has To Submit The Copy Of The Pcb Certificate Along With Delivery Request.,6] Drain Of Water Shall Not Be Permitted And Delivery Will Be As Is Where Is Basis., Special Conditions : 1) Jurisdiction- The Courts In Chennai Alone Shall Have Exclusive Jurisdiction In The Matters/Disputes Arising Out Of The Contract/ Arbitration/Conciliation Proceedings And The Place Of Arbitration/ Conciliation, If Any, Shall Be In Chennai Only. 2) Forfeiture Of Bsv Payment Along With Emd.-In Southern Railway Bsv Partly Paid Along With Emd Will Be Forfeited, If Full Payment Is Not Received In Stipulated Time, With Interest If Any Applicable. 3) Part Delivery-Part Delivery Is Not Permitted Against Part Payment On Southern Railway., Nfs/Side Assets : 1] 5 Nos Of Barrels Available At The Location As Nfs., 2] Fresh Arings If Any.
