Tender For Work Of Changing Sewer Line Of South Wing And Annexe Wing Of Jawahar Bhawan - Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification including setting out construction of shoring and bracing removal of stumps and other deleterious matter dressing of sides and bottom backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work. (i) ordinary soil (A) Manual means (Depth upto 3 m) Morth 304 (3.13) 2 Centering and shuttering including strutting proping etc and removal of form work for Retaining walls, return walls walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters buttresses plinth and string courses fillets kerbs and steps etcDAR 4.3.2 3 Providing and laying in position cementconcrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plinth level 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) DAR 4.1.8 4 Providing and fixing Underground Sewerage pipes sewerage Ringfit (IRR) pipes as per IS 15328 complete with all labour and materials.SN-812 (315 mm dia ). 5 Sand filling in Foundation Trenches as per Drawing & Technical specification DAR- SL- 39 Morth 304 (12.3) 6 Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, portland pozzolana / ordinary portland /portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per iS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. in case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) DAR.No-6.1.1, 8 Steel reinforcement for r.c.c. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. thermo-mechanically treated bars of grade fe-500D or more. (DAR 5.22.6) 9 Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works. DAR 10.25.2 10 15 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement on the rough side of single or half brick wall. DAR 13.10 11 Disposal of malwa from site to 17 K.m away at Faizabad Raod including loading unloading and stacking charges. 12 Providing and fixing Underground Sewerage pipes sewerage Selfit (IRR) pipes as per IS 15328 complete with all labour and materials.SN-8 6(160 mm dia ). 13 Supplying and fixing C.I. cover without frame for manholes : 560 mm diameter C.I. cover (heavy duty) the weight of the cover to be not less than 108 kgDAR 19.18.3
