    Lmp 410 Lifting Drum And Sand Drum Rep.; 01. Service the complete assembly of sand drum by opening it from shaft 02. Service the complete assembly of lifting drum by opening it from shaft 03. Open and service the sand drum and lifting drum drive cow cage assembly 04. Open and service the sand drum and lifting drum drive pinion housing 90 Open and service the sand drum clutch assembly 06. Open and service the lifting drum clutch assembly 07. Repair the worn out clutch ball by filling it with material 08. Repair the loose bearing size in the pedestal by filling it with material 09. Make new worn out keys according to the shaft 10. Grinding the clutch plate 11. Make new loose distance pieces of the assembly 12. Fitting new wearing and oil seal in the sand drum and greasing it 13. Fitting new bearing and oil seal in the lipping drum and greasing it 14. Fitting new fibre disc and new roller pin in valve assembly and assembling the assembly 15. Service pedestal bearing and greasing it and fitting it 16. Fitting new bearing and oil seal in pinion housing and assembling it 17. Threading of loose shred over size in the drum 18. Tuning drum gripping surface on lathe 19. Assembling complete both drum assemblies after repair on shaft 20. 3/4 X 10 bolt 21. 1/2 X 8 bolt 22. Pedestal packing 23. Drum roller pin set
