It also covers through overhauling of the dismantled the equipment as per the drawings and directions of the VSP engineer including the cleaning, changing of the spare parts, seals, fittings and pipe connections as may be required. The scope further covers re-installation of the overhauled/new equipment on the foundation, leveling and alignment, all as per the drawing and requirement of the VSP engineer. Rectification of the defects to be one immediately as required all incidental like welding, gas cutting, drilling, lapping and grinding etc. required for completion of the work is in contract scope. FOR JOB 1 Removal and repair of chequered plates, removal of section structure. Removal of trough and the clevis with hydraulic cylinders. Strengthening of the base structure. FOR JOB 2 Removal of arm pins, removal of stopper bolts, changing of brass bushes, replacement of pins, alignment of arms with the parent structure. FOR JOB 3 Isolation of the cylinder, removal of hook, pin and cylinder, overhauling of the pivot. FOR JOB 4 Removal of spindle support, welding worn out portion. FOR JOB 5 Fixing of tilt roller, removal of old roller, revisioning of old roller from the equipment. FOR JOB 7 Job involves replacement cooling bed cylinder lever of the equipment and revisioning of the cylinder. Necessary supporting structures are to fabricated. Special tools and tackles like hydraulic jacks etc. to be arranged. FOR JOB 8 Axial adjustment of RHS involves removal of the bottom bolts. Rectification of the lube pipe. 08 09 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 FOR JOB 9 Locking of the braking device, removal of the frame with troughs, remove the pull rods. Placement of the prepared beam assembly, alignment of frames with troughs. FOR JOB 10 De-coupling, removal of the gear box, replacement of the seals, changing of the bearings with needs replacement, cleaning of the housing, assembly painting of the gear box. FOR JOB 11 Removal of pins, repair of damaged base if required, replacement of racks and adjustment. FOR JOB 12 Removal of hydraulic and water lines, removal of supply unit, removal of pins, removal of springs and shaft and replacement if necessary, reassembling. FOR JOB 13 Removal of stand clamping pins, overhauling of tie rods, replacement of damaged parts, alignment with cassette. FOR JOB 14 Jam removal of the grease points using hydraulic pump. FOR JOB 15 Changing of guide pins, water pipe, springs. FOR JOB 16 i) Removal of the wall and overhauling the bonnet spindle, revisioning/replacement ii) Removal of the wall and overhauling the bonnet spindle O-ring replacement. iii) Necessary arrangements for handling to be made by the FOR JOB 17 Removal of guide, changing the guide lining plates, freeing of pins, roller bearing changing 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 FOR JOB 18 & 19 Making the hydraulic kit ready, tightening of the nuts. FOR JOB 20 Changing of crank liners, changing the switch block, repair of grease lines, gear boxes overhauling, pneumatic cylinder overhauling. FOR JOB 21 i) Changing of the trough if required and alignment of trough and plate welding. ii) Alignment of all the installed troughs in both batching (approximately 60 nos.) in agency scope. FOR JOB 22 Removal of buggy plates, removal of pins of the cylinder, replacement of the cylinder with the new hoses. FOR JOB 23 Removal of existing trough, repair of base frame, repair of trough. FOR JOB 24 Repair of base frame, tube of the contact box, replacement of the contact box wherever required. FOR JOB 25 Removal of damaged spring assembly, changing of spring. FOR JOB 26 Plummer block covers opening, clean the old grease, check for the bearing and tightness of the check nut. Alignment of the shaft with respect to the trough on the top.
