Tender For Electrical Renovation Work Of 06 Flats At Rbi Ultadanga Officers Quarter, Kolkata Point wiring for Light / Ceiling Fan /exhaust fan/ wall fan/ 6 Amp switch and socket / Fan regulator on common Board. Providing, wiring (supply, fixing, testing and commissioning. etc.) of any length for light point, fan point, exhaust fan point, chandelier etc. with (3 X1.5) sq.mm. PVC insulated multi stranded Cu conductor FRLS wire, 0.6/1.1 KV grade wire drawn in suitable dia. ISI mark medium duty PVC conduit with required accessories like Bends, Tees, Junction Boxes etc. in concealed manner and making it good with cement plaster of suitable thickness, merging with adjoining area. The surface shall be finished by skilled persons for getting a smooth and merged surface. Rate shall also include for provision & installation of Modular type switches, sockets, module plates, concealed factory fabricated GI modular boxes of required size, 2 module 0-4 step electronic regulators of socket type for the ceiling fans on existing common switch boards, modular 3 pin ceiling roses, lamp holders two pin type, with fixing material, suitable current capacity 3 core white color cord wire (of ISI mark or approved by Bank) from ceiling rose/holder and adequate number of junction boxes to ceiling fans, light fittings etc. as per the table provided below in Annexure. All work shall be in a concealed manner including necessary civil works. Rate shall include the circuit wiring of (2X2.5 + 1X1.5) sq.mm. from MCBDB to switchboards. Neutral shall be brought in all the switch boards. Final connections also shall be made with flexible wires (of suitable rating) etc. (Light points - 18 points per flat; Ceiling Fan points – 04 points per flat, Exhaust fan point- 03 points per flat, wall fan point- 01 nos. per flat, 6 Amp Switch & Socket on common lighting switchboard- 06 No’s per flat) (Wall chasing/cutting for concealing pipes etc. shall be done using cutting machine only.) Approved makes as specified.
