LOG Sheet shall be maintained. 5 S&F in replacementMild steel plates chequered, 5mm thick or over in thickness in available sizes or as directed by Engr-in-Charge including painting with Black oil paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed 6 Dewatering by pumping out raw sewarage water with the help of diesel engine driven pump set or elecric driven pump set or by vaccume pump installed on vehicle from grit tank, aeration tank, primary settling, final settling, digestion chamber, Depot tank and ADGM tank and MAP STPdisposing the water through connected hose pipes etcfor removal of Sludge /Slitall as specified and directed . 7 M&L for Taking out sludge /silt removal of complete sludge and siltwith help ofmechanicallyoperated lift machine/crane,manually, scrapping out complete by vaccum pump installed on vehicle, sludge from the side wall of tank with the help of wire brush , taking out complete sludge and silt and depositing the same to a distance exc 1.00 Km and not exc 1.5 km at a site as directed and clearing the site as directed by Engr-in-Charge.Location :Grit tank, aeration tank, primary settling, final settling, digestion chamber, Depot tank and ADGM tank and Map STP Note:-(i) Contrcator is solely responsible for necessary safety and any mishapening during the subject work.(ii) Quoted rates inclues all T & P, pumps, lighting arrangement andsafety eqpts required. 8 M&L for scrapping of existing surface by use of steel brush of Main Gate STP and paintingwithtwo coats of sky blue paint synthetic enamelled paint complete all as directed . 9 Disconnecting electrically and disengaging the AC Squirrel cage induction motor 3 phase 415 Vlots, 50 Cycles, and taking out to local workshop induction motor 12/10 HP/7.5 HP (940/1540 RPM )for repair purpose including complete cleaning, varnishing , insulation replacement of DE /NDE bearings and greasing andincluding shifitng back to location and installing, testing and commissioning after repair complete all as specified and directed. (Note:-(i) T & Pand transportation to workshop & return is included in quotated rates(ii) Rewinding will be measure & paid seperately under relavant item of sch.) (Note- Rewinding will be measure & paid seperately under relavant item of sch.) 12 M&L for Rewinding the motor with super enamelled copper winding wire with appropriatesame gauge of exsisting coil with similar class of exsisting insulation as recommended by manufacturer with high quality normex insulating paperapplying best quality insulating varnish on stator/rotor windings drying them completely, testing the insulationsfor the Pump 12to 0.5 HP at Arty centre as directed by Engr -in - Charge( Note :- T & P & Transportation requried included in the Quotated Rate) 13 Dismantling the Chlorine PlantMake Declibac including Single Phase Pump motor upto 1 Hp capacity. Transporting to a workshop for repair, repair of the plant including spare parts which required & reflexing same on its original site after repair all as directed by Engr-in-charge. 14 M&L for cleaning/clearing of vegitation around theinstallations and disposing off as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 15 Supply only GI Nuts & bolts with double washers of various sizes as dircted by Engr-in-Charge 16 Collecting samples of raw water and treated water from Sewage Treatment plant in 5 Ltr jerrycan and testing COD,BOD,TSS,TDS,PH tests in Govt authorised Lab or reputed laboratory and submitting test report to Engineer in charge.Note: 1. Four Jerrycans of 5 Ltr will be included in the schedule. 17 M&L for calobration of existing water flow meter located at Dharna Pumping Station through OEM/Auth agency.Note: Calibration certificate
