Providing, Installation and commissioning of ultra violet electromagnetic radition sterlizer for disinfection of drinking water for maximum capacity of 108 m3/hr @ 400 J/m2 @ 80% UVT of input water at the EOL, required numbers of ultra violet radiation lamps, chamber made of stainless steel, having suitable qaurtz jacket total power of 230 volts (AC), coupled with electric ballast of frequency 30 Khz and cabinet housing conforming to IP 54 safety standard with maximum operating pressure of 100psig with sensor light and maximum lamp cable length of 3.50 meters and a lamp life of minimum 7500 hours with manual wiper for quartz sleeve cleaning and certification of Water Mark Level-1 (australia) (Technical spesification attached) including all kind of fittings such as butterfly valves, bends, joints, reducers and all other necessary material required for installation. Providing and fixing control pannel with all sensor for monitoring of UV system including reminder for fault or maintenance (lamp replacement reminder) complete in all respect as per the direction and to be entire satisfation of Engineer- in- charge up to all leads and lifts.

Providing extra UV lamp for disinfection of drinking water with minimum life of 7500 hours complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Construction of shed having size 3.60 x 3.60 meter with verticle member of MS angle 75x75x5mm thick, horizontal member of MS angle 65x65x5mm & 50x50x5mm thick, 0.60mm thick prepainted sheet with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia meter & prepainted G.I. limpet & bitumen washers in roofing and wall with locking arrangment including earth work in fundation and cement concrete work in foundation and flooring complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.
