    Tender For Job Work Order => Limited; Repair/Maintenance of Gen Set 250 KVA at PCDA (R&D) RK Puram under GE E/M RR Hosp, Delhi Cantt-101.Repair/maintenance and servicing of Diesel Engine driven generating sets 415 Volts AC 3 phase 4 wire of capacity 250 KVA with DG set (Make Cummins) complete and dismanting the unserviceable FIP (Fuel injection Pump) and necessary repair by replacing the worn out gasket, filter, suction valve, discharge valve and refixing back complete and also including all necessary periodical checking and testing the DG set on full load after reassembling complete as per manufacturers instruction for smooth and efficient functioning of DG set installed at PCDA (R&D) RK Puram. Note:- Spares will be measured and paid seperately.(2) M&L for removing radiator from engine, cleaning and descaling the tanks and fins, repairing the fins/blocking the leaking fins, refitting the same to engine, filling with new coolant to the capacity of radiator and refixing including testing all as directed of cap 250 KVA DG Sets. Note : Cooland willl be measured and paid separately.3. Following spares parts/items consisting below (a) Tapet cover gasket-6 Each (b)Tapet setting - 06 Each Job (c)Flexible rubber coupling - 01 Each (d)Engine oil servo premium as required-40 Ltrs (e)Coolant-15 Ltrs (f)Fuel feed pump assebmly-1 Each(g) Lubricant oil filter - 01 each (h) Water filter - 01 Each (j)Deisel Filter FS-1 each (k)Air Filter -1 each. (l)House set with clamp - 01 Each.(j)On load change over swiitch 4 pole, 400A - 01 Each. 4.S&F 12 Volts, 180 AH battery maintenance free batteries including all electric connection and testing commissioning all as directed. - 02 Nos
