Exhaust motor (230V, 50 Hz, Single Phase, Air flow rate: 225 CMH) of ships galley not working and showing zero insulation causing smoke accumulation and resulting in activation of FDS alarm. In way jobs includes removal and refitment of motor by removing panelling inside ships galley. Defect to be rectified and proved for satisfactory operation. Performance of Ventilation duct fan (230V, 50 Hz, Single Phase, Air flow rate: 800 CMH) of waterjet compartment is sub-optimal and showing low insulation. Defect to be rectified and proved for satisfactory operation. Gaskets, DB locks and hinges of 02 nos. Submersible pump starter JB, 01 No. Shore supply box and 02 Nos. Junction boxes for ALDIS at weather deck found deteriorated view continuous exposure to sea and due to ageing. Renewal of following to be carried out: - 1. Gaskets of 05 Nos. Junction boxes to be renewed as per sample. 2. DB lock (qty 10 nos) to be renewed. 3. Hinges (Qty 10 nos), Mat: SS) to be renewed Total Quantity :
