Tender For Repair / Maintenance Of Drain, Culvert, Shed, Camouflage Painting And Misc Works At Afs Bihta.; 1 Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 m wide for foundations, laying cables/ pipes etc. not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in SOFT/LOOSE soil complete, all as specified. 2 Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers notexceeding 25cm thick complete, all as specified. 3 Removal of excavated surplus spoil to a distance n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified. 4 PCC type C-1 (1:3:6) using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation, filling & mass concrete, complete all as specified. 5 Cement concrete, type B-1 (1:2:4), using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in cills, steps, seismic and other similar band, plinth courses, lacing courses , copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating complete all as specified. 6 Precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in manhole covers and the like duly placed on manholes with cement mortar (1:4)complete all as specified. 7 Supply only liquid water proofing compound ISI Marked. 8 Brick work using bricks as specified in PS clause 5.1, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified. 9 Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified. 10 Rendering 15 mm thickon fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished fair & even without using extra cement on walls in cement mortar (1:4),complete all as specified. 11 Rendering 15 mm thickon of brick work or concrete surfaces including RCC over head tank, finished even and fairon walls in cement mortar (1:4), using water proofing compound as per manufacturer recommended ratio,including taking down existing cement plaster including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified. NOTE-(i) The rate quoted by the contractor shall included for scaffolding and necessarytrestles, ladders, cradles & formwork. (ii) WPC shall be measured and paid separetely. 12 Two coats of cement base paint on new plasteredwall surfaces, including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified. 13 Two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion over a coat of exterior (water based) primer on new plastered surfaces of wall, RCC over head tank,in disruptive/camouflaging pattern of minimum three shades including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified. 14 Complete removal of existing treatment of any description, including prepration of surfaces wall, RCC over head tank, chajjas, columns, beam etcand the like, two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion over a coat of exterior (water based) primer on in disruptive/camouflaging pattern of minimum three shades, complete all as specified. 15 NOTES APPLICABLE TO SRL ITEM 13 & 14 HERE-IN-ABOVE:-(i) Entire quantity of material for this work shall be procured by the contractor from manufacturers Depot & deposit the same with Enginer-in-Charge and same shall be issued to contractor on daily basis as per consumption at site. (ii)The rate quoted by the contractor shall included for scaffolding and necessary formwork.(iii) camouflaging pattern & shade approved by GE(iv)workmanship refer Particular specificationPara 15.3 to 15.3.1.5 16 Two coatsof synthetic enamel paint over & including a coat of pink primer in disruptive/camouflaging pattern of minimum three shades overwood and wood based surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces after complete removal of existing painted surfaces,complete all as specified. 17 Two coatsof synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer in disruptive/camouflaging pattern of minimum three shades over steel or iron surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces after complete removal of existing painted surfaces,complete all as specified. 18 450mm bore reinforced concrete pipe class NP-2, ISI marked, laid in trenches includingjointing & testingcomplete with collars complete all as specified 19 Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in bed to450mm bore drain pipes of any description including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe complete all as specified 20 Cleaning of storm water drain n exc 0.50m deep by desilting, desludging including removing the grassin bottom and sides and disposed off the sludge outside the campus, burried into pits and sprinkling of bleaching powder over their to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, complete. 21 Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls, ceilingor concrete surfaces etcincluding raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified. 22 Demolition brickwork or stone / boulder masonrybuilt in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified 23 Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided all as specified.. 24 Demolition of reinforced cement concreteof any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided all as specified.. 25 Demolition and breaking up 450mm bore drain pipes (salt glazed stoneware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar all as specified 26 Notes:Amount ofcredit for retrieved materials is mentionedintender documents in pdf form which will be deducted while acceptance of tender offline.
