    Bids Are Invited For Horticulture Service €“ Manpower Based Model - Maintenance Of Garden/Lawn/Field/Nursery/Park; General Maintenance Of Plant (Mowing, Strimming, Laying, Sweeping, Watering, Weeding), Applying Fertilizers, Applying Pesticides, Trimming & Pruning, Landsca.. 1. The total area of Horticulture work is approx 2400 sq. ft. which includes approx. 810 sq. mtrs. area in Krishi Vistar Bhawan building & 1590 sq. mtrs. (aprox.) in Krishi Visar Sadan. 2. Sowing of new grass provided by the Contractor. 3. Pruning/cutting and lifting of the Grass/Plants. 4. Weeding and watering of plants and the lawns. 5. Supply and planting of plants and other horticulture material as shown in GeM bid along with seasonal flowering plants like Agronima Dove 3 in One, Agronima Silver Queen, Money Plant, Livistonia Palm, Alpinia, Arica Palm, Phoenix Palm, Cyus Palm, Chamindora Palm, Rapish Palm, China Palm, Bottle Palm, Date Palm, Asrocaria, Rose, Double Daliya, Guldawari, Merry Gold, Kali (Marron), Kali (White), Salvia, Jaffari etc. 6. Application of necessary fertilizer/manures which is arranged by the contractor himself. 7. Colouring/painting and maintenance of pots. 8. The quantities of plants to be supplied by the Contractor should cover the areas to be indicated by the designated officer/official and may be increased/decreased at the sole discretion of the Directorate and contractor shall have no right to claim any minimum/definite volume of business. 9. Making compost with plant wastes. 10. Any other related work. Total Quantity :
