Providing EI, Fans and AC units for CA/CSCproposed to be shifted from Kushkumar Road to IIIfloor, KK nagar, Chennai.; 1 Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required. 2 Group C 3 Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required. 4 2 X 1.5 sq. mm + 1 X 1.5 sq. mm earth wire 5 2 X 4 sq. mm + 1 X 4 sq. mm earth wire 6 4 X 4 sq. mm + 2 X 4 sq. mm earth wire 7 Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel / PVC conduit for table wiring as required. 8 3 x 1.5 sq. mm 9 6 x 1.5 sq. mm 10 3 x 4 sq. mm 11 3 x 6 sq. mm 12 Supplying and fixing of following sizes of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required. 13 20 mm 14 25 mm 15 Supply and fixing of 4No.of 5A Plugand 4Nos 5A socket in suitable MS box and Phenoliclaminated cover with necessary connections etc.as required. 16 Supplying and fixing metal box of 150mm X75mm X 60mm deep (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of Phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including provinding and fixing 3pin 5/6 A socket outlet and 5/6A piano type switch,connections,painting etc.as required. 17 Supplying and fixing metal box of 180mm X100mm X 60mm deep (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of Phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including provinding and fixing 6pin 5/6 A and 15/16A socket outlet and 15/16A piano type switch,connections,painting etc.as required. 18 Supplying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed aluminium conductor armoured cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. 19 3½ x 35 sq.mm 20 Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 21 3½ x 35 sq.mm 22 Supplying and fixing of following types LED fittings on surface of wall i/c making connections with copper conductor cable etc. as required. 23 20W, 4 feet LED Batten 24 Supply and fixing of 16 wall mounting fan on surface of wall with necessary connections etc.as required. (M/s.Crompton or SS make) 26 Supply and drawing CAT 6 type network cabling in the existing conduit ets reqd. 27 Disconnecting and removing of followingvarioussize ofAluminium UG cable in the existing old Panel switchesincluding removing the cables from the MS tray,removing of GI strips etc.as required.(Upto 3 1/2 x120 Sq.mm-1lot) 28 Shifting and stacking the Existing old MV panel in AC plant roomto the place earmarked by the Building Inchargeetc. as required. 29 Dismantling & removing ofthe ladder type MSangle/flat cable tray with downroad supportusing suitable tools & plants, shifting the same to the place earmarked by the engg-in-charge and handing over the same to the Building-incharge etc.asrequired 30 Dismantling of 1.5TR ST type AC unit includingdismantling indoor, outdoor units with copper piping and handing over the same to the building in-charge etc as required 31 Transportation of 6Nos 1.5TR ST AC units with all accessories from Kushkumar Road BSNL office (IInd floor) to KK Nagar Telephone Exchange (IInd floor) including loading and unloading etc.as required. 32 Installation, Testing and commissioning of1.5 TRsplitAC unit and making opening in wall and making good the damages etc.,including mounting of indoor unit with suitable arrangements and outdoor units on existing frame work, pressure testing, vacumissation, gas charging the refrigerant system etc. as required. 33 Supplying and fixing Readymade Heavy duty MS condensor stand for fixing outdoor units of 1.5TR ST AC unit i/c provodong necessary supports and grouting etc.complete as required. 34 Supplying and laying of copper refrigerant pipe(5/8 and 1/4) suitable for 1.5TR Split type AC units covered with foam insulation i/c providing 3 core 2.5Sq.mm flexible copper cable, i/c pdg.necessary supports ande ointerconnections etc.as required. 35 Supplying and fixing 20 amps, 240 volts, SPN industrial type, socket outlet, with 2 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top alongwith 20 amps C curve, SP, MCB, in sheet steel enclosure, on surface or in recess, with chained metal cover for the socket out let and complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. 36 Providing and fixing of 32 mm dia (OD) PVC pipe for disposal of condensate water along with accessories,etc. as required
