    Tender For Drainage System Improvement In Block 5,6,7 Brick work with non-modular fly ash bricks in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including scaffolding and curing etc., complete.The rate shall include all labour charges, cost and conveyance of all materials except cost of cement and cost of flyash bricks. Fly ash bricks shall be supplied free of cost from Precasting yard of NLCIL for which loading, unloading , conveyance & stacking is to be arranged by the contractor to the site of work. Cement will be supplied free of cost from PCS for which loading, unloading, conveyance & stacking is to be arranged by contractor at his own cost. Building masonry walls using precast cement solid blocks of size 390x190x190mm in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement and six sand) in foundation, basement and superstructure as directed by the officers of NLCIL. The rate shall include all labour charges, cost and conveyance of all materials except cement and solid blocks. Cement will be supplied free of cost at stores and solid blocks will be made available within a lead of 100 metres at site
