Replacement Of Damaged/ Worn-Out Horizontal Split Casing Pumps Along With Allied Items In Pump House I And Ii.- 1 Pump House-Ist: Providing and laying of RCC block in M20 mix of size 2.1m X 0.62m x 0.30 m including required steel bars complete for increasing dimensions of existing foundation suitable for the new pumping unit. 2 Providing/ Fitting/ Installation and commissioning of Horizontal Pump Motor set with Split casing Pump as per following Specifications: Motor shall be TEFC type with: ( pumpconforming to IS 6595:2002 and squirrelcage induction motor conforming to IS : 325 (1996)Rated Power not less than 30HP (22.37 KW) Head range 45-55mPump Discharge 16-25 LPSRPM 1450 (Syn.)Impeller(Bronze) Rest MOC as per OEM, mounted on a common base frame, suitably coupled and fitted with 6 no. anti-vibration pads of size 6”x4” complete in all respects as per site requirement including all tools, allied items, cabling and tackles required for execution of the job. 3 Providing and Fitting of 3 Pole 100 AMCCB TPN with breaking capacity of 25kAconforming to IS85362030 including all tools, material and tackles required for execution of the job. 4 Providing and Fitting / Laying of 3 core 25 sq.mm Aluminium cable Cablewith XLPE Armoured Insulated (rating 1100V) conforming to IS6392including required no. ofconnection thimbles. 5 Providing and Fitting /Fabrication of Suction and common Header for 30 HP split casing Pumping Unit including following items by way of jointing, welding and Testing of following sizes of G.I “B” class pipe and allied fittings. Job includes all tools, tackles required for the job(as per drawing to be provided by the site engineer) 6 100 mm Φ GI Pipe Class Bconformingto IS 1239 (part I) 7 80 mm Φ GI Pipe Class B conforming to IS 1239 (part I) 8 100 mm Φ Flange (Pair) with all fitments (MS)conforming to IS6392 (relevant table) 9 80 mm Φ Flange (Pair) with all fitments (MS)conforming to IS6392 (relevant table) 10 100 mm Φ (CI) Butterfly valve with all required fitments (PN 1.6) Conforming IS13095. 11 80 mm Φ (CI) Butterfly valve with all required fitments (PN 1.6) Conforming IS13095. 12 100mm Φ X 80mm Φ Reducer (MS) 13 100 mm Φ Reputed make (CI) Non Return Valve with all fitments as required on site.
