Tender For Beautification Work Of The Pond Behind The Kali Temple In Pattikala. - Excavation of foundation in ordinary soil (loam,clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 meter and lead upto 30 meter and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the foundation trenches or into space between the building and sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of wurplus earth as directed by the E/l upto a distance of 30 meters from the fundasion trenches as per S.L. No.251 2 Cement concrete with 4 cm gauge brick ballast, approved coase sand and cement in proporation 8:4:1 in foundation and under floors including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of work as per SOR 275 3 Class-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand morter in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labor, curing and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per S.l. No-305a 4 R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 20mm gauge approved stone grit in the proporation of 1:2:4 in lintels of doors and window, excluding supply of rainforcement and its fixing and binding the same with 20 B.W.G.G.l. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including s/o all material required for proper completion of the work. as per SOR 283 5 Earth work in cutting/fitting in embankment in ordinary soil and disposal of surplus earth with in 5.00Km distance with royality as per S.l. No-253+ Ch-lll 6 Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of sand form a distance not exceeding 8 km. from the site of work and including wateing dressing etc. required for proper completion of the work as per SOR 255 7 Brick soling with straight cover burnt bricks/1st class bricks laid edge and dry including preparation of sub grade to prescribed camber and including supply of one cm(3/8) depth of local earth of P.I.7 to 7 or sand over the entire surface & including all material, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. as per SOR 762 (b) 8 Cement concrete with 4 cm gauge brick ballast, approved coase sand and cement in proporation 8:4:1 in foundation and under floors including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of work as per SOR 275 9 Providing and laying of 1 shaped mechanically compressed interlocking cement concrete block payement having thickness 80 mm manufactured by high pressure & vibration machine of OPC cement mixed with 25% marble powder with minimum 5 mm thicktopping having compressive strenght not less them30mp including cost of all material labour T&P levelling and dressing of surface 30 mm thick local sand including filling joints for proper completion of the work technical specification MORD-1504 10 R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 20mm gauge approved stone grit in the proporation of 1:2:4 in lintels of doors and window, excluding supply of rainforcement and its fixing and binding the same with 20 B.W.G.G.l. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including s/o all material required for proper completion of the work. as per SOR 283 11 Mild steel or iron in plain work as in reinforced concrete of reinforced brick (when not including in overall rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including binding for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage. Bend books and authorzed overlappingshall be massured as per SOR 504 12 As per Bill of Quantity Excavation of pond 13 Add 1% Contingency 14 Add 18% GST
