Providing and laying in cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 coarse sand :8 graded Stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete,including cost of form- work,in foundation and floor.S.I. no 281.

R.C.C work in 1:1.5:3cement approved coarse sand of 2.5 f.m and 2 cm (3/4”) gauge stone grit but in Rcc raft foundastion with 2 cm stone gritetc. complete S.I.no 287(a) in walls.

Cartage of surplus material/silt up to 3 km lead.(60 % of item number 1)

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pitstransporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead up to 3.0km as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5( For cartage earth)
