Tender For Providing The Inter Locking Concrete Paver Block North Side Street To Main Road At Vembakottai In Sankarapuram Panchayat.; 1 Earth work excavation in all classes of soil lead and lift for foundationincluding of all labour charges etc.complete., 2 Cement concrete -1:4;8using 40 mm metal (ISS HBG metal) including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc 3 Construction of Granular Sub base by providing well graded material (25 mm to 4.75 mm IRC HBG metal @ 65 %,4.75 to 2.36mm IRC HBG metal@20%&2.36 mm below IRC HBG metal @15%)& (the material passing 425 microns sieve shall have liquid limit and plasticity index not more than 25 & 6% repectively) spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 KN capacity and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer (Mix -in - place method). 4 Supplying and erecting centering including cost and conveyance of all material to site and all labour charges etc complete. 5 plain CC-1:3:6using 20 mm metal (ISS HBG metal) including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc 6 Providing and Laying 60mm thick high strength type of inter locking pavement block in required sizes of minimum compressive strength of 40KN /mm2 in uniform shape of approved make to be laid in fluring bone pattern with approved non sticking surface in the top ,levelling base preparation of sub base with sand cushion minimum 30mm thick ,laying out the pavement cut pieces to fit the edges vibrating the pavers ,sweeping ,trasporting ,loading and un-loading and laying of paver blocks as per standardspesification 7 GST Amount for providing Service to Government Contract Works for the above Construction Works. { GST Amount is the Total GST Amount for total overall quoted amount above this row in column BB for all works in this package}
