Three own vehicles are required for the vehicles used for transportation work. Ownership of the vehicle such as registration certificate, insurance, fitness of the vehicle, pollution certificate. Apart from this, in case of hired vehicles, a valid lease agreement in favor of the tenderer for the tender period and documents related to ownership of the vehicle. 9. Copy of PAN card. 10. Copy of GST registration. 11. Original copy of affidavit of not being blacklisted/not being a defaulter in nutrition transportation work and not having flour mill and Mandi Habit holder business. 12. Last three year Turnover Rs.60.00 Lacs, in with one year must be 20 lac, with Audited last balance sheet year 2021-2022,2022-2023,2023-2024, 13. Copy of income tax return for the Year 2021-2022,2022-2023,2023-2024, 14 If any firm has done any such transportation related work in any office in the past, then those firms will have to get the information of lifting, distribution and balance of food grains certified by the District Education Officer (Primary) and submit a certificate of submission of information in the concerned office certified by a notary public on a stamp of Rs. 100/-. If the certificate is found to be false/incorrect, action will be taken as per rules.
