Bids Are Invited For Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Services For Precision Air Conditioners VRF IV PLUS 14 HP ODU SYSTEM Qty-02 1 To visit and check the machines Quarterly for carry out servicing of the units, 2 To attend to any routine service, including preventive and remedial servicing 3. To attend to all breakdown calls within 6 hours. 4 To attend and rectify the problem even if the same may require 24 hours working on site. 5 Response time for replacement of parts within 24 hours Subject to normal working days. 6 To carry out cleaning up of units & air filters. 7 To check the proper functioning of controllers. 8. To check all electrical components for loose connections and tightening if necessary 9 To Check temperature reading 10 Checking & Logging of AMPS (Motors) 11 Ensure drain is not clogged 12 Check unit for undue vibrations 13 To repair parts found defective during the period of Service Contract and in case parts are found to be not repairable, will be replaced on FREE OF COST BASIS. Parts shall be repaired only on account of defects due to normal wear and tear AND not due to erratic power supply, mal operation, physical damage, sabotage accidents or any other calamities such as flood, fire or earthquake etc. component in the unit, 14 Contract covers spare parts and labour works.
